Food was pretty bad the teriyaki chicken was weirdly rubbery and stringy. Went inside no one acknowledged me at all I guess they just wanted me to go through the drive thru - which i did. All of the food looked old.

Don't waste your time ordering ahead, or ordering at all at this point, from this location. Placed a door dash order 30+ minutes ago, driver is there, still WAITING on order. Isn't the first time, it's happened multiple times to me going to pickup myself. They completely ignore anything online until you arrive, and then ignore you until you speak up and demand service. Absolutely worthless location, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Employees are very disorganized. Placed an online order 20 minutes earlier, arrived at the location at the drive-through and they could not find the order. They asked for the order number but half way through me saying it, they stared talking to other people and never typed it in anywhere. After 15 mins, they finally found it and only then started making it. I then had to wait for things to cook. When the brought out the order the meals were packed sideways into the bag with juices pouring into the bag.

Do not go to this location at night during their second shift crew, got home to find half my order was missing that I paid for, and when i called to ask for a refund or void transaction Amir the Manager just told me to come back that he couldn't do anything for me, and he would not list out the corporate line so I could be refunded….slow staff and very incompetent

They need to make better noodles. Change the recipes. My husband likes it. But it's just not very good to me.

We were in Panda Express last week. We had three different people to feed. One which doesn't like the vegetables in the noodles. This particular day the vegetables out numbered the noodles 3 to 1. However, Dustin was on it. He showed us all the noodles were on the bottom on the bowl. He carefully extracted noodles and kept out the vegetables. At home it was a complete success. Dustin your thorough thoughtful customer service was kind and exceptional. Thank You.

I rarely get to enjoy the food. I like the flavor & the way it tastes. However the past two times I’ve went it gave me food poisoning. I knew something was up w how dry it was.. it seemed old. It messed me up bad.

I don't normally leave one star reviews. This place has changed. I don't know if it's new management or staffing or what, but the crew here is not in it for the customer. We came here for a modest family get together and had to plead with the kitchen staff to fix a simple problem with our order. I had to step in and help my sister in law, and they had to bring someone out to argue with me. We used to come here in part because of the great service we used to receive, but I don't recognize any of the staff here anymore. What's the point in eating out if the restaurant staff makes you feel like a fool?

They could care less if you are standing to order and no tea and told cashier/ server and she looked at me , like I was a thorn in her side . Horrible customer service ….

LEFT OUT A WHOLE ENTREE ON MY MEAL. TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES...

Came to add I went back to confront the situation after calling the last two days. I was never given a receipt. I showed my bank statement and the panda app showing the total I paid and the locations address. Manager still did not give me the entrée I purchased.

Terrible customer service, my husband picked up our to go order and it was wrong. I call to complain and I was upset and the manager told me I was being rude and did not appreciate the way I was speaking with her. I was told that everyone has their limit and I crossed hers. I was upset but was not using foul language or yelling loud. Just a normal response to getting the wrong order. We will not be back to this Panda again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. To start I didn't get what I paid for but that is the least of my concerns. The utensil holder had multiple hairs in in, I informed staff and asked for to go utensils. No one ever went over to clean out the utensil holder. The food I did get was out of temp, and clearly had been sitting longer than it should have been. The sodas tasted off as well, they probably have not been cleaned properly. Neither my husband or I finished the meal. I addressed the issues with the manager, who didnt bother to come to my table, i had to get up and go to her. She told me she would talk to her staff and then clean it herself. I told her she should clean it first before any other customers were exposed then address her staff. She offered refund and replacement. I took neither but told her I would be reporting to the health department which I did immediately upon leaving. I worked over 15 years as a kitchen manager in various locations and this place is not up to health department standards. I honestly felt sick to my stomach after leaving. The manager was less than knowledgeable about food safety procedures, she was polite. That dose not make up for the lack of effort on her job to properly manage the restaurant.
