They could care less if you are standing to order and no tea and told cashier/ server and she looked at me , like I was a thorn in her side . Horrible customer service ….

LEFT OUT A WHOLE ENTREE ON MY MEAL. TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES...

Came to add I went back to confront the situation after calling the last two days. I was never given a receipt. I showed my bank statement and the panda app showing the total I paid and the locations address. Manager still did not give me the entrée I purchased.

Terrible customer service, my husband picked up our to go order and it was wrong. I call to complain and I was upset and the manager told me I was being rude and did not appreciate the way I was speaking with her. I was told that everyone has their limit and I crossed hers. I was upset but was not using foul language or yelling loud. Just a normal response to getting the wrong order. We will not be back to this Panda again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. To start I didn't get what I paid for but that is the least of my concerns. The utensil holder had multiple hairs in in, I informed staff and asked for to go utensils. No one ever went over to clean out the utensil holder. The food I did get was out of temp, and clearly had been sitting longer than it should have been. The sodas tasted off as well, they probably have not been cleaned properly. Neither my husband or I finished the meal. I addressed the issues with the manager, who didnt bother to come to my table, i had to get up and go to her. She told me she would talk to her staff and then clean it herself. I told her she should clean it first before any other customers were exposed then address her staff. She offered refund and replacement. I took neither but told her I would be reporting to the health department which I did immediately upon leaving. I worked over 15 years as a kitchen manager in various locations and this place is not up to health department standards. I honestly felt sick to my stomach after leaving. The manager was less than knowledgeable about food safety procedures, she was polite. That dose not make up for the lack of effort on her job to properly manage the restaurant.

It's ok. The good was on par but not better. The staff have a lot they could learn but were not offensive. Tried very hard to sell us some juices which we did buy. Couldn't operate the register which was frustrating.

The food has been terrible my last three visits. The honey sesame chicken is always soggy, they're always out of stuff, the noodles are dry and the teriyaki chicken taste and smells a little spoiled

We have never had a bad experience here, and we come often. Tonight we came in to get an order to go, and the people who gathered our food together were GREAT, as usual. We were walking to the register to check out.. and that’s where we were met with Zoey. To say it in the nicest way possible, she needs a job that does not involve interaction with people. It’s obvious she does not want to be here. And smiling and giving good customer service seems to be the biggest inconvenience for her. She ruined our experience here for sure

Have come to this location several times recently and they have forgotten to put my soy sauce/s&s sauce everytime. I will get the silverware and sometimes the napkins but never my sauces. The foods always great though thankfully, otherwise it’s more worth it to go to the other side of town to the other panda locations.

Every time I come here, the cashier girls are extremely rude. I always use please and thank you's and may I's and I'm met with complete silence and them just handing me the item and closing the window. I won't go as far as to write a review about that, because I understand, I've worked in the food industry for about 10 years at this point, but NOW every time I check my food, it is incorrect. Plus, they never pack soy sauces or silverwhere or chopsticks anymore.

The window cashiers need to work on their manners and stocking the bags correctly and making sure orders are correct. It's basic manners to at least ACKNOWLEDGE someone when they give thanks to you.

Stock the bags, stop pushing the food through the window at your customers and shutting the window like we're inconveniencing you for going through the drive through.

Really upset, as this has been several times I've been here. I'd stop coming if I had such an issue, but my father loves the food so much there (extrememly picky eater) and I grab him panda for him. Now I dread even having to drive there.
