I had placed an order through the Panera app and doordash was the delivery service and unfortunately my dasher stole my food. I called the store and a sweet woman answered my call and Mari the manager was so sweet and understanding. They made everything right and cared for my feelings and situation! Thank you to your team!

Better than the one on the East side of town, but there are so many better breakfast places in town that we've crossed Panara off our Go To list.
Food has gone downhill. Sandwiches are now more about volume than quality. A few I actually found disgustingly soggy. Some are all bread. Baguettes are also odd tasting and fall apart when used to make sandwiches.

Had a half tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato, chips, and a 20 oz drink for $12. Plus. Sandwich was delicious, chips and drink were fine. Service was fast. The prices at Panera are representative of restaurants in today’s society. Higher than the ahold be. But, if you want escape greasy, fast food, Panera has lots of options.

Dear Panera Team, I would like to share my frustration regarding my order today. I received a text message stating that my order was ready, but when I arrived it was not. This caused unnecessary waiting, and I don’t understand why I was notified before it was actually prepared. When I finally picked up the order and reviewed it, I noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing. If I hadn’t checked before leaving, I would have arrived home with nothing for one of my sons. I then had to wait again while the missing sandwich was made. By the time we finally got home, the soups were cold, and the entire family was disappointed. Additionally, one of the side items I received was a broken slice of bread tossed into the bag. There were no napkins or spoons included, which made the experience even worse. The presentation and service were far below what I expect from Panera. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that customers receive accurate notifications, complete orders, and properly packed food in the future.

We were in a pinch after I got off of work and HAD to run and grab my medicine. When I’m sick Panera is always my go to. We arrived at 8:57 and the store was closing at 9 I was so worried the staff would be ill after a long day or already have everything put up. But not this team ! The cashier Nikki was super sweet and assured us it was no issue. Everyone that walked pasted us said they hoped we have a great night and smiled. They were quick with our order and we were on our way. Thank you all!
