We were in a pinch after I got off of work and HAD to run and grab my medicine. When I’m sick Panera is always my go to. We arrived at 8:57 and the store was closing at 9 I was so worried the staff would be ill after a long day or already have everything put up. But not this team ! The cashier Nikki was super sweet and assured us it was no issue. Everyone that walked pasted us said they hoped we have a great night and smiled. They were quick with our order and we were on our way. Thank you all!

I placed a pick up order, they didn’t put my pastry in the bag (even though they marked it off) go for a new one, no remorse. Would have to wait 20 minutes for a new one when i got there. I called beforehand and told them I’ll be there in 15, I’m very upset with how they handle situations that could’ve been avoided. I just wanted my pastry man. Very upset.

This Panera is so much better than the one on Memorial Blv. The morning crew are awesome. Took some star power because the weekend crew are not as good. They do have random people coming in the side door filling big gulp cups.. makes the paying customers feel some kinda way.

This place is usually dirty and not inviting. They cleaned two in frequently so there’s always food all over the floors debris. The tables are not cleaned on a regular basis. Bathroom is disgusting. The coffee is really bad. It never tastes right somebody should learn how to make coffee properly. It’s nasty at this location. I’ve been to other locations. It’s much better but it’s gross here overall, this is not a good place to come.

2 orders 2 go of different salads with chicken but there wasn't any chicken on either one and missing other ingredients as well It was 830 pm so by the time we got them home and ready to eat the place was closed Very poor service
