Love this place for a nice, quiet spot to do my early morning Bible devotional on weekend days. I place my order prior to arriving through their app, and it's ready within minutes. Their seating area is always clean and inviting, and their employees are kind and professional. 5 stars!

The new manager was walking around table to table today genuinely engaging with the customers, taking trays and bringing people refills/brought my daughter a brownie. He was so genuine and his kindness & customer service were very appreciated!

Came in on a Wednesday for lunch. Everything was clean. Friendly staff - Wendell's customer service was notable. No complaints.

So sad. Can’t even say anything:(
Every time I order from here, the order is wrong or made wrong. I ordered three soufflés This morning and they had no egg in them. I worked at Panera for six years and was a manager so I know how things are supposed to be made and the quality control is terrible at this location
l had an amazing experience today at lunch...l ordered a creme bruelle coffee it was outstanding best l have ever had. l also had a spicy fiesta sandwich which both were made by young man named Braylon. He gave me excellent customer service and made all my items with love. I will be back again!

The sandwich was awful. Basically room temperature and had almost nothing on it. Also $20 for that a drink and cookie. Ridiculous. Don't eat here ever.

Constantly out of souffles and just about any other breakfast. The people there are rude in the food. When I do receive it is usually lukewarm or cold. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Old Fort parkway

This location is the cleanest Panera Bread that I’ve ever been to. Dakota and Keisha showed us great kindness and hospitality in our visit today. I definitely will continue to come back.

I typically go to the Panera on Old Fort because it’s closer, but yesterday I went to this one. The food was about the same, and cleanliness was the same, but customer service was far better than the Old Fort Panera. Wendell came around what seemed like every 30 minutes to ask each customer how they were doing, if they needed anything, or could he help them in any way. He greeted every customer that came in and sat down. He offered and picked up customer’s dishes from tables and took them where they belonged. He was a truly kind person and a breath of fresh air. Even though it’s slightly farther away, I’ll come back to this one every time!

Staff is always kind here and place is always clean. The service can be slow at times but that is kind of anywhere, but they always have great customer service!

Worse sandwich I've ever had. Bread had to have been 2 weeks old. Could not even bite into it. My dog even spot it out. Last time I ever order from there. The lettuce was brown and gross. They should close it down. Will call health department tomorrow.

The East side of our city is and has been a poor example of the Panera restaurants we have visited for several years and today it was worse....NEVER GOING BACK.
