I’m sad that I came here and got my pick 2 meal with a green goddess salad and a broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was great and so was my bread, but I couldn’t enjoy my salad like I wished because it had no dressing and I do want to add that the red onions looked old and pale. I wish I realized the mistake before I arrived at work.

I was hesitant to come because of the reviews, but I had a good experience. My sandwich was good, chocolate croissant filled with an appropriate amount (usually places under-fill them and it just tastes like bread). No they did not forget anything. The girl serving me was very friendly and service was fast. If you come at rush hour when there’s 15 customers, only 2 employees and everyone is trying to order all at once, then of course there’s gonna be a wait. I came at 10 AM, 1 person in front of me, and I got out in less than 5 minutes. It’s just like any other place.

3rd time our take out order has been wrong. Salads are missing chicken, missing soup in our family meal and a missing sandwich. We won’t be back. 3 strikes, you’re out!

I normally get my food relatively quick in the drive thru but today I witnessed a lady in front of me wait at least 10 minutes at the window. I don’t think she ever got her food as I never saw the window open. She drives off and I pull up, all I got was a bowl of soup. I waited at the window for 5+ minutes without being acknowledged and saw at least 5 employees inside. A lady even walked near the window and saw me but did not greet me or even say something like “I’ll be with you in just a minute”. I drove off without my soup, I’m sick and I don’t have time to sit in an exhaust filled drive through for 10+ minutes for a bowl of premade soup. Ended up going to Kroger to get soup from their deli.

The staff are dedicated to their craft. The food came out great. This location is well managed and clean. Love it!

Not consistent with product. Ordered a bakers dozen of bagels and 8 of the bagels they put in the box were flat like slices of bread. They should have never been served. They did not rise properly and came out flat. Very disappointing. The other items I ordered were great though!
I ordered the sandwich/soup combo on door dash. I got my half sandwich but didn’t get my soup at all. I only have two things on my order and you couldn’t get it right. Foods good…service and accuracy sucks!

My order has never felt this dead. Drinks were water down to the point i couldn’t even taste it. Both of the sandwiches barely had any taste or flavor to it. Pretty sure the Med Veggie sandwich i got didn’t even have the dressing on it nor was the bread made properly. Both of my soups were lacking in flavor and being warm. And to keep in mind i had gotten this same order previously from the Panera Bread off of Old Fort Pkwy and was way happier with how it came out compared to this one. I also was in the drive thru line waiting for 20mins. This is just sad.

Order is on the picture. We had to ask two people, one giving us attitude for our drink. They also messed up the order and didn't give my girl her Tomato Basil BLT.
First time for me trying Panera and I'm really disappointed in the service.
Doubtful ill come back here

Why is it that everything my family and I go to this specific Panera bread, they are out of bread. It's literally 7 pm. They don't close for 2 hours and they are out of bread. This is the fourth or 5th time in a year that we have came around this time to be told the same thing. Since this is a regular problem, why not make more freaking bread?

Bought a pastry, and when I asked if I could get it warmed up was directed to a hidden microwave. Once I found it, it was very dirty inside. I went back to the counter and explained about the microwave, and asked if they could warm it in back. They did and brought it back partially warm. Was there for 1.5 hours, and no one cleaned the filthy microwave!

Panera offers an abundance of overpriced food that never fails to fall short of expectations. They also boast a wide range of drinks to choose from. The coffees and teas, for example, vary wildly in quality despite their consistently outrageous prices. Although I've met someone who swears by their coffee, it tastes like stagnant pond water whenever I order it.
The Charged Lemonades used to carry Panera, but ever since they removed them from the menu, I can't possibly justify paying the Sips Club subscription. Although the new fountain drinks (Citrus Punch and Lavender Lemonade, to name a few) do taste pleasant, the lack of caffeine is disappointing.
If you're looking for coffee, tea, or caffeinated juice-based beverages, just go to Starbucks instead. Yeah, you'll go bankrupt either way, but at least Starbucks tastes good.
On the other hand, If you're looking for sandwiches, soups, or salads, just go to Newks. Again, it'll be overpriced at both restaurants, but at least if you avoid Panera, the food will taste good.
For a place with the word "bread" right in their name... well, the bread has much to be desired.

Always fresh, drinks are always great. Lunch pick two have really gotten small as far as portions. Sad they have removed and changed menu getting rid of several things they had for years.
