Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered 2 pizzas,breadsticks and wings on 2/27/2025
So DoorDash shows up with only 2 pizzas I told him there’s supposed to be wings we for amount I paid no way 2 pizzas could have cost that much ( and the wings wasn’t even wings they were chicken tenders)
Anyway the driver didn’t speak good English but shows us the order on his phone and we showed him on the box and my phone
So I called papa John’s on south Rutherford Blvd in Murfreesboro Tn
Waited on hold for seems like forever (30mins)
Finally someone took the call ( might have been a manager) and this person blamed it all on the DoorDash driver for not getting the complete order
I felt bad for the driver
The driver brung the rest of the order to the house I gave him a cash tip he didn’t want it he kept saying that it wasn’t necessary but I won he took the tip
I work at a restaurant we do DoorDash,Uber orders all day
And we have never accused the driver of not getting the complete order for delivery
So papa John’s on south Rutherford Blvd in Murfreesboro Tn
Get your act together and stop blaming these DoorDash and Uber drivers

My order of a large cheese stuff crust pizza, garlic pepper wings, and cheese bread everything was good except I didn't get the garlic sauce with the cheese sticks like I ordered and they looked old and nasty. I sat on hold for 30minutes and nobody answered. I always come here for pizza because of the cheesebread now I'm reconsidering

Our pizza had plastic in it !! It was like fishing string or some kind of string almost like hair but clear !!!

It was too much B.B.Q sauce on my pizza all my toppings came off

Ordered delivery on 10/11/24. When the pizzas came, we brought them inside and my kids grabbed what they thought was their pizza. They started eating and I noticed it wasn’t what we ordered. I then noticed that the pizzas had different addresses. The driver got the boxes mixed up. I called at 7:35 pm and spoke to the manager. She was very irritated that we opened one of the boxes because she had to remake it. She asked me if the other boxes were still sealed. Fearing further negative interaction with this manager, I said they are. Of course, that was after I resealed the sticker on one of the boxes. As a manager of a restaurant myself, I couldn’t believe that they were taking the pizzas that were in my house (one of which was opened) and delivering those exact same pizzas to someone. Terrible execution of problem solving on the managers part. Also, how are you going to get mad at the customer for your drivers mistake? Honestly, I have been a fan of Papa Johns for most of my life. That experience made me lose faith in how the business is ran.

THIS Papa Johns on S. Rutherford does it all right and everytime! THIs one has gotten every one of my orders correct and has been too delicious to take a pic even when I’ve been late to pick up. Whoever runs THIS store Desperately Needs to teach the one on Old Fort Pkwy how to work- from ground up. Old fort location should be ashamed. They’re out right thieves and know it but don’t care- with they’re No deliveries and @partial refunds””.” Yall Still owe me money and should shut down! But S Rutherford- yall the best- hands down!!

Terrible service

Was getting my money to go to the door and I heard a car door shut so I hurry to the door and the delivery driver was backing out of my driveway and had left my pizza on the ground.

Placed an order this morning for work and somehow it came back with tomorrow's date. Not sure if was the site or user error, but I called Eric (Manager) and he took care of it so that the order would arrive today. It's great to be able to have someone answer the phone and help! Everything always arrives in a timely manner, the food tastes good and the delivery drivers are very curteous.Thank you!
