My order was not prepared properly. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, ham and pineapple. I ordered at 6:59 according to my email confirmation. I didn't receive my pizza until 8:25. when I opened my box my pizza was undercooked, had barely any sauce or toppings and was cold. Extremely disappointed with my order. Will not be ordering from this location again.
After having issues back in February and seeing negative reviews I wanted to turn a negative into positive. I called tonight to follow up on a refund that was to be issued on the problem order (caused my the door dash driver that delivered) back in February... yes a month later, I was originally told the refund would take two weeks. However Brandon at the Cason Lane location was so courteous and attentive to the issue, he figured out why the refund never processed and got it corrected...read full review
