The bad reviews genuinely make me laugh. It's just a bunch of oldies getting mad they can't order with their land-line home phones even though online ordering is so easy, a two year old could do it. I've been going here since I was a kid and even though management has surely changed, I have never had any issues with service or food quality. I want to especially highlight the service because every time I'm in there, people are so rude to them. They have always been kind and helpful to me, and especially in this day and age, good service needs to be recognized. Order online and you'll never have a problem or have to wait for your food ever again. It literally tells you when it will be done, so there's no reason to complain.

The pizza was fine. My main issue is that I did not want to order online but instead wanted to call to make my order over the phone with the actual location. Imagine that. It turned out that the person i spoke with was actually located in the Philippines. I am happy to support immigrant workers, but this person was actually in the Philippines. It is ridiculous to not be able to speak with a person located at the local pizza place. Call me crazy. I won't go back because I am not supporting this tyoe of outsourcing.

Ordered online. It was quick and easy. Ten mins later, we were at the store to pick it up, and it was ready. The pizza was delicious and hot.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER HERE, ESPECIALLY DELIVERY!!!! I ordered through the Papa John’s app the other night while at work at a medical office building Next to the hospital. It was $50 and some change. They cancelled my first attempt, so I tried again. Hours later, no food, no call, no text… so I called them and was told that they were using door dash that night and only delivers to the ER. I’m not even in the hospital and can’t just leave my patients… I called the ER and security and was told they never got the order either. I called the store back and the manager was rude and gave me ridiculous answers, but offered a refund. They only do “partial refunds”— funny bc I didn’t receive a partial order. They STOLE $16.77 from me and Never offered to actually rectify the problem. What did the $16.77 go towards?? Thanks for Stealing from me and letting me go hungry. What other business acts likes this?? Shameful! Thieves!
