Terrible service. They have delivered the wrong pizza on multiple occasions. The manager does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Little Ceasers is more reliable than this Papa Johns. Avoid at all cost!

Didn’t know that they sourced it out to DoorDash when they are busy, if I had, I wouldn’t have ordered it. The food arrived cold and hard. The DoorDasher (Jose L) left it on our porch and didn’t ring the doorbell nor nor let us know that he was here in anyway, and I called the store and all they said was sorry. If they are going to source it out, I would expect That they make up for their faults.

Unreal inability to deliver pizza in anything like a timely fashion. Driver bouncing all over town, no way to edit tip for poor service. Restaurant doesn't answer phone.

This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. None of the staff were wearing gloves, even the ones handling the veggies and making the pizza. I also saw bugs in the store, which was disgusting. I called to fix my order and was left on hold for 20 minutes, only to arrive and find nothing had been resolved. The staff member I spoke to was rude, didn’t apologize, and just stared at me and didn’t say anything. I’ll never come back.

My wife just spent 158.00$ at this papa johns! And doordash delivered to my house, and left it on the front porch without even knocking on the door! And it's 40 degrees outside! The manager said their was nothing he could do! I told him that it's inexcusable, he didn't want a refund, but I told him that doordash driver should not deliver pizzas from that facility again! I told him I will never buy pizza from their again! I will be buying jets pizza, and I am calling corporate tomorrow morning of the situation!

Papa John’s on memorial boulevard may have the rudest, most unprofessional “general manager” I have ever encountered. We had pizza and some kind of chicken Alfredo dish delivered to our house. There was olive oil pouring out of the box which was soggy. The food was disqusting and my kids wouldn’t even eat it. I tried to call and speak to the manager. Got transferred 3 times. The manager accused me of having poured oil on it when I offered to give it back to his driver for a refund. (Yes I poured oil on the food and made it so that my 3 kids couldn’t eat it after I paid you 60$ for nothing.🙄) I even offered to send him a video of the food. His attitude was so bad that he continued to yell and argue instead of “listening” to the costumer then hung up on me. We will never do business there again. After the general manager so rudely hung up on me, a boy named Bobby politely called back and offered me a 50% refund. If you ask me they got the wrong one in charge.!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Placed my hour 2 hours prior to arriving at this location. Waited for almost another hour and still didn’t get my order. All the minority customers were waiting for hours but yet the white customers had shorter wait times and were treated with more diligence and care.

Delivered to our hotel. Great fast service. Followed directions well. Food was good and correct.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy. No issues with gluten free pizza.
Horrible experience this evening. Was delivered part of the wrong order and what was correct of our order was made wrong. Called the store to ask about getting it straightened out and they blamed it on door dash. Door dash claimed that was the order they were given. The fault was not entirely with door dash, as the single item we received with our name on it had the incorrect toppings. Refused to remake our order. Offered us a store credit or refund, but no option for getting food tonight. So here we are without supper. Manager hung up on my husband who was simply trying to troubleshoot to get my family fed. We have ordered from here for many years, but they have officially lost our business.
