Received text that my order was ready. Waited 15 minutes after I arrived to receive my order. When home I found that the pizza was so undercooked that it stuck to the box and I could still mold the dough.Not again.

This is the second time I've walked in and stood at the door and not get greeted or asked can I help you. There are no menus, nothing to look at except for going on line. I understand about training new employees as a guy was getting instructions when I entered, but at least acknowledge that you see the customers. Maybe the third time is the charm.

Worst experience in my life. Called & Ordered a pizza for delivery. Time ranged between 36-46 min. No problem there. IT SHOWED TWO HOURS LATER and not even by a Papa John's delivery driver. They never called me and when I did it always said pizza being delivered (thru automated system). By the time it finally arrived I had already ate something else for dinner. Plus the pizza crust was hard and toppings were mildly warm.

This store always has a hard time on delivery. I haven’t used in awhile hoping it got better but nope. I placed order at 230 pm and had placed to be delivered at 415. Here we are 430 and they said it left the store at 426. What a

Should've listened to the reviews. Mid pizza. Also, used DoorDash for delivery so I probably could've use them for some type of discount. After that, pizza is literally hollow? What is that? Trash, thankfully everyone was hammered so it was at least mid.. So I would definitely avoid this location at all cost.
They gave me a cheese pizza with no damn tomato sauce. Should have turned around when i saw the employees all looked 15 years old. ?

Not sure if this is dog hair or human hair but until they start wearing hairnets I won’t be ordering from this location. DISGUSTING. check your pizza before you leave this establishment. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me he couldn’t offer a discount. After I had to sit outside and wait for the pizza to be remade. I really hope papa personally reaches out to me to make this right as I’ve been a loyal customer ordering pizza from here every week for years now.

My girlfriend and I went here to get our order and when we pulled into the lot she got scared and begged that we leave. When I asked what the problem was she informed me that her ex boyfriend used to beat her and her dog was working there... so if you support domestic abuse then this is the place for you

Arrived to pick up online order to find that their system had been down. They took our order by hand and made part of it. While I was waiting I noticed a guy with a toboggan on with long hair hanging off both shoulders washing off counters with a dirty rag and pushing the food back in the containers then sweeping the floor, grabbing pizza dough and forming it then going back to sweeping, adjusting his toboggan and hair then stretching the dough again. No hand washing or gloves on any of the employees. I pulled the manager outside and explained what I had seen he gave a stared look and he refunded our money when asked and I went to another pizza place down the road. There is very little sanitation at this restaurant.
