my husband went into the store and the lady had no clue what was going on. I don’t even like to write bad reviews on anyone, but there was literally a worker outside throwing something in the grass and littering and also the management is awful and there’s no good customer service so we won’t be back again. We all have bad days but when you’re working, there’s no reason to be a jerk

Horrible service. They are rude, defensive, and don’t know how to manage orders. Stay far, far away. Visit any other Papa John’s location. It is a night and day difference.

I ordered my pizza the first time and apparently the driver or someone stole it and then the next time the driver just left the pizza outside without even contacting me.

The food was cold when we got it. All 6 of the causes were open. When I checked my account I was charged 3x for my order.

The prices are way too expensive to have to wait over an hour for your food and then for the food to be cold upon arrival. Will NOT be ordering from this location again.

Never again! What has happened to papa johns pizza? The crust has no loft and tastes frozen. The ingredients have also been reduced. I switched to this location because the memorial location was so bad. This company has become a shell of its former self, might need to bring John back. I will stick to frozen pizza from now on. Never again!

We got the Meats speciality pizza and it was excellent! Like always the Lascasass local has the best pizza of all the local Pappa Johns.Aways fast and friendly service unlike other locations.

Without fail, every time I have ordered from this particular store, myself and all people who eat it get very sick. No matter what I order, this happens. This is absolutely unacceptable.If you have to order from this location, you'll need to reheat it EXTREMELY HOT to have even a chance of eating it without problems.

The girl that answers the phone is extremely unhelpful and rude. She should not be in customer service.
My order has been messed up almost every time I’ve ordered from there, but it’s the only place that delivers to our house so I guess we will continue to deal with poor customer service and sub par pizza

Great food and the wings was good.. the new flavor lemon pepper hot was great!!
