I will never order from this store again. 3 times I’ve gone to pick up my pizza and have never had anybody say a word to me. And always the same person. Most recently they messed up my order, I called to notify them and was told I’d have a credit next time I ordered. Didn’t happen. In addition, their distribution of ingredients is the worse. Always a few in the middle, nothing but cheese on the outside.

Not as much topping as normal, barely as cheese on pizza. Barely any cheese on cheese bread. Wrong dressing for wing. Forgot the drink

Ordered a papadilla and this is what I got. Maybe 3 mushrooms and barely a handful of steak!!!!! This isn't the first, my mom got one like this last time!!! I normally don't complain but this is unexceptable!

my husband went into the store and the lady had no clue what was going on. I don’t even like to write bad reviews on anyone, but there was literally a worker outside throwing something in the grass and littering and also the management is awful and there’s no good customer service so we won’t be back again. We all have bad days but when you’re working, there’s no reason to be a jerk

Horrible service. They are rude, defensive, and don’t know how to manage orders. Stay far, far away. Visit any other Papa John’s location. It is a night and day difference.

The food was cold when we got it. All 6 of the causes were open. When I checked my account I was charged 3x for my order.
