I order from this location all the time. Yesterday I ordered and my experience was wonderful. I went in to pick up my pizza and I was frantically looking for my check card. After searching with no luck the guy at the register said here, go enjoy your pizza. You are already upset enough. I did find my check card and went back in to pay and they said you don't owe anything. That is how you do business.
I stopped tonight for the family size stuffed 5 meat. I got cheese bread sticks and s'mores. On the way out I noticed my pizza was nowhere near the size it usually is, I blew it off, went home and baked it. There was literally a few pieces of meat on the under side ( hinch, why the pizza seemed slot smaller than normal) I don't know if it's because today was $10.00 large, $13.00 family size or maker was new. The evening I went in, they were packed. Several people standing around talking, on both sides of the counter. After 20 minutes or so, one of the last gentleman who'd come in after me made a comment about being surprised I was still waiting. At that point, someone working behind the counter asked what I'd ordered. Apparently my ticket was misplaced, and she didn't remember speaking with me (despite being one of two female customers).
