We went in at noon on Sunday. They were very busy and the staff worked very cohesively to get orders out fast and fresh. It was impressive. Courteous, attentive, and accurate… all the things you want in a quick service restaurant and so rarely find.

The best Philly cheese steaks. And the ladies that prep and serve the food are wonderful! A bit expensive but worth it.

Amazing sandwiches! And the service is top notch! Stacy makes sure customers are taken care of!

For the prices this places charges, their management should be so embarrassed. I ordered food online and the girl at the front didn’t even know it existed even though the one guy (who seemed to be the only one who knew what he was doing) said it’s right behind you. Then I waited for fried and when I got them the cup was literally only filled up half way. This place used to be one of those places where the fries spilled out into the bag. Went back in to get more and the guy working shook his head, immediately seeing the issue. The lady at the register had her headphones in and was on the phone with someone and talking to them while customers were standing right in front of her. While waiting for my fries, which were ready at this point and the guy who was actually working had to run over and get the for me because the girl stopped everything she was doing to take a phone order. This place used to be great. I will never return.

Always delicious and fast. Fries are made fresh and are some of the best in town. It is in a prime location heading towards the avenue with a smoothie place next door.

Ordered online for pickup. First of all don’t!! Run! Over $35 for one sandwich in an order of fries expected extra meat, cheese options, and a double order fries do not do not go to this location. Do not order from this restaurant and do not order from yelp. Food was cold disgusting and certainly not worth $35 does this look like a $35 sandwich to you? No cheese, no extra meat. No onions or banana peppers. Horrible! Manager Caleb willing to remake. Ug, this is after I’m already home, pleas. Fries cold and end pieces yuck do not go here

every table was filthy, floors sticky filled with straw paper, dr pepper doesn't work and stingy cheesesteak this location officially hit rock bottom, just shut it down and let someone run an actual establishment.

Terrible experience. Ordered sandwiches and they were delivered but one with nothing on it. I called and they said it was a customizable option on the site, which is fine....except no one there thought it was strange that someone ordered bread for $15.

I called and the manager said there was nothing he could do and could not elevate my phone call to the general manager. Then proceeded to put the phone down and ignore me until I finally hung up.

Worst customer service experience ever. Fries were soggy but flavor was ok.

I have to say, this was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we've ever had. While the subs were fresh, the manager completely ruined it for us. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and pushy, not only toward me and my family but also toward her staff. You could see the tension among the employees. They clearly weren't happy with the way she was treating them, and it made the whole atmosphere awkward. We were really hoping to enjoy our meal, but the manager's behavior left such a bad taste that we won’t be coming back. Definitely not worth it.

This is how my food was given to me. All topping everywhere but inside the sandwich. Literally a whole mess. Very dissapointed and wish I never wasted money on this.
