This was my first time eating hereBoo on management only having two workers during a busy lunch hour.Fries were like damp and oily, and also put in the bag upside down??Sub was messy and missing the onions I orderedAtmosphere is too dark and boring. Desperately needs a paint job and a brighter feel. Probably won’t be back. I’d really like a refund honestly.

Word of advice, please make sure employees change their gloves, cleaning the grill, etc. when preparing the grilled veggie sandwich, as a vegetarian i ordered maybe 3 times and 2/3 tiny steak pieces has been hidden. ?✨

Just left with an online pickup order at 11:48 on 3/1/24 and have never met someone more rude than the employee who handed me my sandwich. As she handed me my sandwich in a bag I said thank you and was ignored as she looked away. To ensure I wasn’t being rude, I said “have a good day”.. again ignored by the entire staff. Penn Station is one of my favorite quick lunch stops but I won’t walk back into this location again. Do better please. Have a good day!

I normally don't write reviews of chain restaurants. (No one should need someone else to tell them what a McDonald's hamburger taste like.) The service at this location has, however, recently has been great and really merits a 5-star review. The food has always been good, and they offer a few sandwiches that stand out such as their grilled club, their chicken teriyaki, their Rueben, and their pizza sub. Up until recently, it seems over the last year or so they have gone through a good amount of staff turnover with some being better than others, but the current staff has lasted a while and really stepped up service. They are friendly and do a great job preparing the food, but especially seem to go out of their way to make customers feel appreciated. If you have not given the Medical Center Parkway location a try in a while, it could be worth trying again. If you do, I might also suggest going on a Tuesday. They give free sample-size cookies out on Tuesday--until they run out. (That has only happened one time for us, and the staff remembered us and made up for it the next week!)

I had a blast here! The seating is nice and there's a nice ambiance. I would say this is everything I'm looking for in a good sub place. Amazing fresh cut fries as well. Makes all the difference. Food came out in a couple of minutes and the service was great! Would totally come here again

First time we visited Penn Station in a very long time. We ordered two cheesesteaks and a small fry. My wife asked for tomatoes on her sandwich, which the receipt stated. We went to pay for our order and the chip reader says there was an error. Stacy said she must have hit the cord while cleaning. By looking at the counter, no one has cleaned in a while. We moved to other machine and all was good. When we got our food, my wife’s sandwich didn’t have tomatoes on it. We just let it go but people need to read the receipt when making the sandwich. Lastly, the floor and a few tables had food on them. This was at 11:05a.m. The store just opened at 11am. Disgusting . Probably won’t be back for a while. Food was actually pretty good.

Online says open until 10 pm. I came at 9:40 pm, doors locked and crew inside cleaning. If you’re not open until 10pm you should change the hours online. Very misleading!!

I figured I would go to Penn Station for a quick dinner before doing a medical gas shutdown at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally received my incorrectly prepared sandwich and was provided a rude remark by 'Bobby' when inquired about the time of my order. I noticed my sandwich and my business partners sandwich sitting on the end of the oven rack for 10 minutes before an employee bagged each sandwich up for us. When told that our sandwich's had been sitting for a long time and that we were in a rush - bobby's remarks are "That's life". Why does this establishment employ incompetent underaged workers who are disrespectful? This was the last time we will be coming to this location unless Penn Station decides to clean up their act at this location and replace their current workers with better service oriented individuals. Bobby is clearly not made out for the service industry and needs to be shoveling rocks somewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Because Penn Station does not take orders online within one hour of closing I tried to call in my order for pickup. I tried twice about 10 mins apart around 9:15ish. I figured maybe they were too busy to answer but since I was going by on my way home I figured I'd stop in and order. When I did I noticed the staff had set the phone off of the base so no calls would come through. This is very unprofessional and I hope the store owner sees this.

Passing through M’Boro, stopped for lunch and this was the WORST Penn Station I have ever had. Nobody in there but us and order was wrong and service slow. It took so long to make 3 sandwiches the fries were cold. Sandwich was bread and veggies (little to no meat) but . $50 for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and 3 drinks ??

They have a monthly special. 3 prices on both the main menu, and the employee special menu. They are listed as small, medium, and large. I asked for the small monthly special. The cashier asked me which one I'd like. I asked for the Dagwood. She asked me what I want on it. I told her exactly how it comes. She told me it's a build your own, but it clearly lists the default ingredients on the menu. She told me that I had to choose the ingredients, so I read the ingredients for her. I couldn'tbelieve that she would make me read her the ingredients. Is this how little hiring cares about their customers? If you want to make your customer happy, please provide them with staff who can at least read their own menu. Or at very least, not force the customer to do it for them.
