Don’t waste your time…. Pretty slow afternoon and waited 25 minutes for a sandwich I wish I could have got my money back ….. plenty of other options ….

Tina was so awesome! When I came in they were fresh out of Lemonade (which is always amazing) and Tina made sure I got a fresh batch! Great sandwich and I even got a free cookie because it was Tuesday! Awesome day. Thanks so much!!

Jennifer and Trey literally allowed me to walk in at 9:59 and Jennifer warmed up the grill andTrey made my italian talking bout its 10:03 im getting fresh penn station…if the boss is reading this do something extremely nice for them because they did something nice for me !!!!! I ordered a mobile order tonight for chicken teriyaki light onion and they didn’t put teriyaki sauce so it was very bland and put a ton of onions on it the biggest waste of my money tonight

I was picking up an order from a third party carrier. When I enter the restaurant, no one acknowledged me for a long time. When they did ,they said that they were working on the order. The place only had a few customers and wasn’t busy at all. While I waited patiently, I watch the three workers work. A sloth would have ran circles around them. Two of the guys that had long hair didn’t even have their hair pulled back and the guy with the chipped black nail polish kept touching the top of his hat with his hands and then touching sandwiches. 🤢 After over 20 minutes of waiting, my customer cancelled their order. Therefore, a not satisfied customer and not so happy delivery person that wasted time and lost money here. Never again will I accept an order for this place nor will I ever want to eat here.

They made my food wrong and didn't want to fix it .. and then the guy putting the condiments on the food had on NO GLOVES as he wiped his nose and mouth while preparing the sandwiches for the 3 rd time for 34 dollars 🙄 😒.. usually this place is so good and well kept

Had a great meal at Penn Station tonight. I had the Philly Cheesesteak. The meat and vegetables were cooked perfectly and they were covered with Provolone cheesy goodness. Cit was simply delicious. My daughter had the Pizza Sub and said it was perfect. They had the pepperoni and ham on top of the red sauce and then covered with cheese. She thought it tasted great. My wife had the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sub. Her only issue was that they put honey mustard on it when she asked them not to. The sub was still good and she loved the amount of chicken put on it. We shared a large serving of French fries. Their fries are so delicious and I love to saturate them with malt vinegar. Hmm Hmm Good. I encourage you to try Penn Station if you’re in the mood for subs. You will not be disappointed.
