If I could give 0 stars I would, sat in there for over an hour waiting on three pizzas and the customer service was terrible they were rude, and they all seemed clueless, don’t give them your money or your time

Y'all need to stop taking tips from the 3rd party delivery drivers that you use instead of using your own staff. My delivery app has a different format when the order was made through Pizza Hut website and not the doordash app, so I know when the order was placed to Pizza Hut directly and then they send it to doordash to get delivered. Every offer from this store that I've had like that have all had $0 tip. I know that pizza places often take tips when they do this and with this location is has happened too often for me to want to pick up orders from here.
Jesse, is that guy! I ordered delivery on the Pizza Hut app and something got messed up with delivery. I called and my boy, Jesse answered. He handled my issue professionally and got a new pizza headed my way stat. A true gem.

They upcharged an extra $22 on my $19.99 treat box, and a small order of wings. The meal total was 28, I tipped 10 making it $38. Price comes out to 60 after it finished. Done with any corporate restaurant chains permanently.

Absolute crap hole of place ... lazy management and all. Waiting 134 min for a pizza only for it to be burnt. They kept saying 5 min over and over. Complete crap hole.

The food I got was fine. The pizza she dropped on the porch and complained about having to clean up appeared undercooked. Don’t send a delivery driver out if she’s scared of families?? She also refused to give the pizza to my kids she said she needed an adult. When I walked up she wanted me to tell her the address bc she was t sure she was at the right house?️??️

The Pizza Hut young man was very polite. The inside establishment was very clean. My two pizza orders on the app were correct. I will order from pizza Hut again, keep up the excellent work.

I first wish to say, I have many years of experience in Management. Jesse, the current manager for this store, either was taught very poorly or has executed very poorly. I placed an order, I currently still have the ticket stating delivery is to my address. Jesse states the system shows the delivery address as their store location. Jesse also states their store called me, yet when I informed him that I have my call records and nobody from their store has contacted me- all the sudden they “did not get through.” Jesse did not believe it was necessary to call a second time though or just to make another attempt. So, on top of it being Father’s Day and our family was waiting on food that nobody was attempting to tell us was not coming- Jesse was extremely rude telling me their was nothing could done on their end except to remake the order “and that would take 45 minutes.” No apology, no attempt to make it right, just that.
I do not leave negative reviews, as I know the power they can hold. But, I will not be back to this establishment while they are managed so poorly and care so little for their customers. I held Pizza Hut to a very high standard until this encounter, and I encourage others to rethink visiting this store until a solution can be made from within.

Our family has always been happy with the service and food received here but tonight we received a phone call from a man named “Micheal” cussing at my wife and I claiming we had stolen a tip jar. I tried to talk to him calmly and assure him that we would have never done that but he consistently screamed and threatened my family. I will not be back.
