I'm going to break this down into parts because it's not unfortunate but not great.
I walked in because I had intended to get pizza and wings at Little Caesars but when I saw the worker outside vaping and coughing up a lung...I drove past....I knew we had a pizza hut.
When I entered, an employee (which I later discovered was the training manager) was a bit guarded. I knew basically what I wanted but no menu was visible until I saw the paper menu.
I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and 6 wings with the hottest sauce
It was 15 dollars more than I'd pay at Little Caesars but I like safety.
The wing sauce was perfect. If I want hot, I want hot.
However, the wings were weird. I've worked in food service where we serve wings... I had three wing nuggets with some meat on a few bones.
I've worked in places where we serve wings and pizza. This was not friendly.
The pizza looked good and tasted ok.
Yum Brands pizza hut killed the spirit of the Pizza huts we had growing up in the 80s
The ranch dip was incredibly salty... and that's because salt is listed before the less than 2 percent ingredients
I don't blame the restaurant for that.
But it can't be More than three stars because I was the only customer there at the time and the manager in training..Luan Kauffman....cheated me on wing quality just because..

If I could rate a zero I would I ordered pizza for me and my kids they sent us dough pizza not even done I called and complained and I guess they got mad cause then they sent burnt black pizza I will never order from this store again I could vomit 🤮

If pizza is a good group in your diet / this is one staple source for you! The staff of friendly and attentive to your order and needs. Super friendly and always pleasant to deal with. Orders are generally ready by the time promised if not before. I gave then slightly less than perfect ratings because I’m not thrilled with the idea of my pizza dough just marinating in oils. But that is a company thing not a store issue. So I give credit for jobs week done!

Decided to give pizza hut a shot after years, and was rewarded with not only the most disgusting pizza I've ever had, but the most disgusting food I've ever had in general
It is so embarrassing to have to put a one-star review I ordered a medium cheese pizza and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten it wasn't even cooked they put pounds of sauce and tons of cheese and it was like raw it was disgusting I tried to eat around the crust I just couldn't do it you might be better off going to another Pizza Hut or somewhere else to eat

I ordered the cheese bite pizza. The cheese bites no cheese and it was not rounded together. No cheese pulled from it either. They had no parmesan, red peppers, or napkins.

I ordered supreme extra extra cheese with very light sauce, but it's still very salty. However, it's still pretty good. If they can ever get the cash register to work 'cause every time I go there, the cash register always messed up. And we all have to wait for our food to be paid for.. I wouldn't say every time, but three out of four times that I was there.
