Food arrived at a timely manor the driver was very kind however the drinks and ranch I had ordered were missing driver assured me he would go back and get my drinks. I called the store to speak to someone about this issue and the person Chloe or whatever that I spoke to was pretty rude and unhelpful! So, basically they do not care to mess up ur order they won't even try to make it right at all! This is the worst pizza hut I've ever ordered from and if people work in customer service they should be nice to the customers! If you do not like your job find another one but do not be rude and uncaring when you mess up somebody's food! I'll never order from this place again! They clearly need to hire a whole new night shift because how hard is it to mess up one large pizza and 2 drinks. You want people to continue to order and eat at your establishment you should probably have employees that can handle customer service work! I had to wait to eat til my drinks got back my food then got cold no offer to make it right at all rudely tells me they will just send my drinks back and they can't help my food getting cold before my drinks arrive! Um yes had you of gotten my order correct the first time you wouldn't have to send it again! This is ridiculous and I've never in my life had to deal with somebody so rude!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! This is the SECOND order where I’ve ordered food and a 2 liter and did not get the damn drink!! The first time my delivery guy was kind enough to go back and get it this time that was not the case. I called the location and spoke with the young lady and it was supposed to be getting delivered and I STILL have not gotten the 2 liter. The location did not call and explain what happened or anything. I will not be ordering from then again I’ll give Marco’s my money since the service, delivery and customer service is top tier. DO BETTER PIZZA HUT

I usually enjoy this location and brand, but tonight was not a good experience. The food was overly oiled and overly seasoned with way too much Parmesan on the breadsticks. I tried to do the two for $7, but couldn’t get what I wanted in that, plus there were no other discounts to accommodate this. I ended up spending about $9 more than I had planned and then when I tried the food it was not good. The pizza melt was over cooked and so were the breadsticks. Very disappointing. I probably won’t return to this location.

This location is horrible I ordered from them all the time and they never get my order right and I order delivery so I have to leave my house just to try to get something that I ordered and it still don't be right if you can't listen to your customers then there's no need to have a open pizza place that can't get a single order

They burnt my pizza and it was extremely dry. My flash from my camera makes it look lighter but anywho I was told they would put my information down for a remake then called today to get my remake and advised by Junior it wasn’t done and given a walk through of the system process. I clearly don’t have access to your system and was unaware of what should be done prior to believing your staff/managers. Won’t be back!
The driver was cool, the pizza was horrible. Shoulda just got a Totinos. It was like eating cardboard, but like really bad cardboard

Never puts any sauce barely on the pizzas. I always request extra sauce at this location and STILL barely get any. I honestly don't know why we ever come back. I've been to many locations and never had this constant issue with sauce. It's sad because I usually love pizza hut

Quality / flavor / composition of the pizza was far inferior from what we recall back from when we'd order a carryout pizza from one of the dine-in restaurants. Recipes and processes must have changed significantly in the last couple years. I'm completely underwhelmed
