Pizza arrived Luke warm and dry as if it didn't have tomato sauce on it. It was like eating cheese bread even though I had 3 toppings.

Ordered Buffalo chicken melt,.fully expecting Buffalo chicken. One bite and all I got was chicken, cheese and onions. No Buffalo, no flavor, no ranch dipping sauce. Horrible.

They DID NOT bring what I ordered, and the driver told me I had to take it anyway. I REFUSED to let him leave what I didn't order, and the jerk literally yelled to a neighbor that they could have it and gave it to them. He was driver King from DoorDash, that PH hired to bring my food. $45 for a RUINED meal.

Pizza has elevated so much that you forget about Pizza Hut. This was my favorite growing up and after last night’s pizza, I realized what I’ve been missing. The best pizza ever! Super supreme on thin crust with pesto and garlic butter.

Shout out to the manager that was there on August 14th, even though they made a slight mistake on the order, he still went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you, we still would have been fine with the small error, but we really appreciate you for fixing it! I hope you go very far in life, and I hope your dreams become a reality :)

My clients were so excited to get the big dinner boxes again for their summer event. I work with individuals with intellectual disabilities. I called 7/9/2024to place a rather large order because that’s what they wanted. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that answered, but he told me he would call me back to see if they could accommodate our order. He told me with an order my size I would need to call at least 48 hours in advance. I did that. I waited for a call back that never happened. He said he called 3 times but this being a business call I would expect a message to be left. It wasn’t, nor did I have a missed call. I then called on 7/10/2024 because I didn’t want to miss the window. He told me that they couldn’t accommodate my order because it was too large, and because I didn’t answer the phone when he (didn’t) call that he would only be able to make me 5 pizzas. I’m hosting an event for 78 clients plus’s staff. 5 pizzas just wouldn’t do. I needed Pizza Hut because some of our clients can only eat the Alfredo and bread sticks. I’m really disappointed, because now I have to disappoint them and tell them they can’t get what they wanted for this event.
Placed an online order, arrived at pickup time to be told that my order was cancelled. Nobody called, i never got an email or anything indicating that it was cancelled. Awful service

Didn’t receive our order and saw the app update to “delivered” even though it wasn’t. Called the store at 1670 Memorial Blvd to report this, but the employee that answered just responded “The driver’s phone is messed up. Just wait longer, you’ll get it.” Never received it. Not only will I not order from/recommend this location again, but that’s the last time I tip 25% in advance. Great job ruining it for everyone else.

Positive feedback to the manager and stafff today between 5 and 7PM today! We ordered delivery and according to tracking the ED was 6:14!! Around 6:05 my husband received a text that pizza order had been handed to him; which was not true!! Hubby immediately responded on text that he had not received the order, so he waited about 15 minutes…no response!!
To shorten the positive feedback for this store… once we spoke to someone we were told that “grub hub” has delivered the pizza a left outside; without ringing our working doorbell… oh forgot to mention the delivery guy did not speak English or limited English!! Hubby expressed how unhappy we were with the service and would write a complaint… Pizza Hut did apologize and stated it was not a Pizza Hut driver but grub hub!!! About 30 to 40 minutes later to our complete surprise “Pizza hut” one of the employees….rung our doorbell to deliver us a “free” order!!
We were in complete shock and thankful!!!
Thank you Memorial Blvd for ensuring that your customer was satisfied….the Pizza was fantastic!!

I’ve bought countless pizzas from this location but will not buy anymore due to the employees. A few weeks ago I ordered online as usual and went to pick up my order and pay. The employee took my $20 bill and put it in the register, closed the drawer and walked away without giving me the change. He was walking around acting strange and had a weird look on his face. He looked at me and said my pizza was almost done and then he said he would give me my change in a minute. When he brought me my pizza he stood at the register with the same strange look on his face then opened the drawer and gave me my change. The next week I ordered online and paid online and when I picked up my pizza the employee (a different one) just about threw the pizza at me, gave me a dirty look and walked away. I don’t tip for pick up orders and I sure don’t submit to forcible tipping and I’m not going to eat food that’s cooked by people with an attitude. It’s Pizza Hut’s responsibility to pay their employees, I pay for the food and take it home so no tip!
Good bye Pizza Hut and try straightening out your employees!

Horrible customer service.
ordered food after work at 11:30 ish. The person told me as long as I got here before 12 I’d be okay to get my food. just a pizza wings and dessert. Get here and can physically see food sitting in the hot cabinet. Employees had lights out and store locked already. Understood it was a few minutes until 12 but why tell me I could get my food if I couldn’t?? Not to mention I was ignored at the door trying to get their attention. when we called the store they told us it was an employees food and ours was canceled. We tried to talk to a manager and listened to said employee complain about us first which is also rude as hell. I know how the game goes at pizza places as I’ve worked at one before. If I could give negative stars I would.
