My family and I try to go here every week as our first experience was great, but every time after that our experience has not been good. We keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt haha.The waitresses have been extremely rude each time and can’t even pretend to crack a smile.Also one time they can seat us just fine, but then the next time (even with the restaurant mostly empty) they say they can’t seat us because they don’t like to put tables together. (We are usually a party of 10)We still always tip really well and we order lots of food. I just feel like they don’t really know if they want our money lol.I hope they find better servers and figure out if and when they can seat people, because the food is so good! Otherwise I might have to concede and quit trying to eat here???♀️

The Shrimp and Grits were exceptional!The service was first class!I have eaten at Puckett’s in Franklin,Nashville,Murfreesboro,Pigeon and Cullman,Alabama. Every restaurant was consistent concerning food and service.

This place has sure lower it's standard! We used to love it, but yesterday, all five of us were disappointed! My mushroom soup was no better than Campbell's, so the fact that bowl was the smallest serving I've ever encountered. My husband chose the meat and three. It was all bland, but the Mac and cheese was the worst! elbow mac the worst! It was nothing but plain pasta, no sauce, no cheese, just a little tasteless topping. The other three were also disappointed with the meals. We will never go there again!

Our men’s group from church had breakfast there today. It was delicious and our waiter did a great job. Going back!
We came for dinner on a Thursday night. The waiter was one of the only people on the floor. It took forever to get the food and it was bland. The bill took forever to get and it was expensive. I have worked service industry and even with as few tables it should have not taken that long to get food.

We have been enjoying Pucketts in Murfreesboro since they opened. The staff is always amazing. We want to however give special recognition to our favorite server, Heidi. She goes above and beyond, and always manages to take a minute to chat with us, often offering menu suggestions. Heidi provides excellent customer care, and makes us feel like family.Kid-friendliness: Nice Kids Menu. Staff handles kids well.
