Dashed a family 12piece with three large sides, sides were skimpy, biscuits and chicken were very hard. My guess cooked yesterday and placed in a warmer and not fresh, not sure about sides. I also order a 10piece buffalo wings and literally received a 10 piece box of the same burnt up crunchy chicken with three containers of buffalo sauce to do myself. This food place could be good but obviously someone gave me 2day old food reheated despite I spent $70 plus dollars with them before I even tipped my Dasher.

The chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it, the chicken tenders that is, I wouldn’t know about Fried Chicken, because it was sold out. I also had a Chicken Biscuit which was hard. This is all after I stood there and waited while the employee sat in the back
ORDER SOME GD TORTILLAS!!!
Service is awful.cashier doesn’t care about the customers. I am waiting 15 minutes to make an order and then 15 more minutes to get my only 1 burger .Takeout: Yes
The one at the Clarksville location chicken was the best I tasted in a while! And the young man there gave excellent customer service tonight! Do whatever you can to keep that guy!

I would leave less stars if I could. Stopped in this morning and grabbed two supposedly hot and fresh made bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits from the counter, I drive home which is not very far, took a bite and there is no way on God's green earth those biscuits are fresh made. They tasted like they were yesterdays biscuits just reheated. The Biscuit was hard all away around and the egg was chewy like gum. I will never make that mistake ever again. Please just throw them all out, your better then this.
The employee on duty decided it made more sense to look at me from the kitchen than to actually come and give me some service. I'll assume that's because I would have probably made her do more than what she was already doing by making whatever it was I asked for but that's kind of the business you're in. The problem is when you see that happen then you don't want to order because you don't know what kind of service you're actually going to get from someone who doesn't want to really serve you. So I decided to not eat and go another route. I guess she didn't realize that no service is also bad service so instead at 4:30 in the afternoon I'll find somewhere where at least I won't see that they don't want to serve
