Red Bicycle Coffee & Crepes

Beautiful shop with a warm inviting atmosphere and easy parking. My coffee was decent, and the staff were polite, but the food fell short. My avocado toast was soggy and the side of hashbrowns was room temperature, not cooked. With no other customers in the shop, at 11 am on a weekend, it came across as a bit unprofessional. This place has a ton of potential, but the food prep really needs some attention.

The food is great here if you're will to wait. I've never been to this location and waited less than 20 min to order with alone of less than ten total people. Especially on days like today, whoever does the schedule needs to factor in the farmers market right outside the door

I like the coffee and food here, the staff is fine. I’m honestly surprised they haven’t gotten a health code violation with how dirty their dining room and bathrooms are. I often lose my appetite if I look too closely. Don’t set your children down because it is not clean. I think this is not the fault of the workers as it often seems understaffed but I think an extra 30 mins in the morning for cleaning would go very far.

Severely understaffed on a Saturday with Farmers Market going on. Feel bad that the same young lady taking orders is expected to make all the coffee drinks. Management needs to staff their establishment.

Came in here on a Saturday morning during the farmers market. We got the Avocado Turkey bagel and Greek Burrito and two Cubans. Everything was delicious!

I love the relaxed atmosphere of this place. Great place to meet a friend. The Chainog was delicious (not too sweet or rich). And their Mushroom Lovers Anything Bagel was tasty and filling! ❤️

For my birthday, I waited patiently for 50 minutes for my gluten free savory crepe only to quickly see it wasn’t GF. After waiting 40 more minutes for ONE crepe, we asked for a refund. They never brought it out. Nor did they seem to care ☹️

It honestly breaks my heart a little to leave this review because for many months, this was my favorite coffee shop to visit. I don't know if its staff changes or what but a few months ago, they started getting my orders wrong which has been frustrating. My last visit however was the tipping point for me.

I came in October 20 around 11:42am and gave the cashier my order. It was a simple order (I wanted one thing removed from a crepe, and one thing added). My order was brought to me incorrectly twice before I went to the staff with receipt in hand and said i just wanted a refund because I had been tired of waiting on my food to be correct and had somewhere to be. One of the girls told me she couldnt give me a refund because the manager was not there which seemed silly. The other girl listening in asked what was wrong and I told her. She then began making excuses for the cook who apparently was new and didn't speak english very well. I politely asked her how was that my problem? I then told her how does it make sense to have someone who's job is to read orders (when the language is in english) and cook what is on the order and this person does not know how to read the language well. I asked if she didnt speak english well there should be someone there to help her so that she understands the orders requested. The girl then tries to blame me and accuses me of shaming the cook because she didnt speak english well. I never once raised my voice, used profanity and i most certainly did not suggest the cook did not need to be employed there. I simply asked for my refund which she was miraculously able to give me without the manager there (which furthermore proves the other girl either had no clue what she was talking about or simply did not want to give me a refund).

Really displeased how this experience went after I come there every Sunday morning around the same time and order the same exact thing every single time. I will no longer visit this shop due to the uncouth nature of the two girls who worked there that day and the incompetence of everyone else who got my orders incorrect previously. This place has become inconsistent and I don't care to spend my money there anymore.

I walked in and ordered. Unfortunately I only had a $100 (crazy I know), and they were unable to take the bill (understandable for a small business). When I said I would be unable to make the purchase they were very kind and offered me a drink on the house. In addition I tried a coffee from every coffee shop on the square that day, and in my opinion they were the best.

Got espresso and bagel sandwich. Served espresso in a VERY dirty, dusty plastic espresso mug. Picture does not do justice. The menu description did not at all match with what they served. I did not enjoy or finish my sandwich. The staff dressed poorly and unprofessionally. They allow homeless people to sleep all stretched out on the couches. Definitely won’t return.

Currently dining here and waited over 30 mins for our mediocre food. The problem is not the staff but instead the idiotic decision to have two people working on a busy Saturday morning. If they are going to be this slow, they need to at least set the expectation before you order.
