First we had the crab cake, This was definitely frozen and thrown in the frier to heat up. Middle still cool. Then We had the special combo with crab, shrimp, crawfish corn potatoes and broccoli. Food was frozen warmed up with sauce. Service was slow, atmosphere was non-existent. The greeter didn’t even say hello. The wait staff decided to take a dinner break right next to us while the service was still on.
I never leave reviews but this was awful! I use to eat here a lot and the food and services was always really good! I’m unsure if the management changed but the service was very poor and unprofessional. When I informed the waitress that I was unhappy with my food due to the lack of sauce, seasoning, uncooked sausage and little to no crab, she argued with me. She was very rude and unprofessional. The manager never came to check on the concern I had.

this use to be one of my favorite places. but I’m literally sitting here RIGHT NOW and the waiter has a nasty attitude! the food is BLAND. & they decided to shorten the Combos. it’s so skimpy ..oh and not to mention they served us old seafood! the shrimp is BLACK! ??changing the name of this restaurant and management did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! if anything it made it worse!

Me and my teammate ordered Seasoning Crab before they closed and the crab legs had parasite eggs on all of them. They are eggs from leeches and I’ve never seen anything like this before.

Do not recommend this place. They had no sushi available. So we ordered the fried tilapia baskets. The Tilapia was very small pieces and the fries could have been cooked more. We will stick to Juicy Seafood in Huntsville for the future, they have always had amazing food.

Food is excellent and unique. Our waitress was struggling, we ran out of drinks. We sat there for about 30 minutes after we finished eating waiting on the bill. In the end I had to get up and go find the waitress.
