Red Lobster

Let me start by saying that my server Victoria (Tori) made my entire dining experience great! She was attentive, and efficient. When something was wrong, she was proactive in making sure it was corrected and that we were satisfied. The 3-drink flight was nice. The only real let down was that my wife ordered her steak well done and it came with pink on the inside and left a puddle of blood on her plate. They fixed it and the rest of the meal was very enjoyable.

I’m convinced this place only knows how to make rolls. The past couple times I have been here the servers take 10+ minutes to get to the table to even take a drink order. The food is mediocre at best this place used to be good but i don’t think i’ll be coming back not unless management is different. This place is way too expensive for the quality of food and service provided. The seafood is simply questionable its consistency is rubber and tastes dirty.

Cajun Chicken Pasta, the pasta was not even cooked still hard climbed up the sauce was greasy!
The shrimp was rubbery was not cooked!
Worst experience ever no wonder Red Lobster's closing.
The menus my pocketbook stuck to the table and this is after we asked for a washcloth.
Low staffed maybe a total of 10 people in the entire restaurant.
Manager would not even come out!
Along time ago Red Lobster was considered classy.

Wish I could say the food was as good as our server Sean, but it was not! Sean did an outstanding job, A+! We ordered the Lobster fest, the worst lobster we have ever had, hands down, our baked potato was room temperature, the butter would not melt, the salad had too many dark wilted leaves! The rolls were good, I had iced water, while my bestie had iced tea, she said it tasted old. But we did not complain to Sean, we knew there was nothing he could do, and we gave him a well deserved nice tip! We will not be returning. This was Tuesday Feb. 25.

Party of 5, hostess said the wait was 20 minutes, sat within that time frame at a filthy dirty table and when asked to have it wiped off the boy let out the loudest sigh. Once seated we could not figure out why there was a wait because the place was pretty much empty . Maybe short on servers? Food was decent but the prices are a joke for what you get. My salad which was now an extra charge had so much dressing it was more like soup. Drink prices not listed. Best thing was the biscuits. Service was good. The whole place needs a major update, ceiling in women’s bathroom moldy and falling in, dirty, soap dispensers falling off the wall, carpet throughout stained terrible. Everything looked like it had a layer of dirt on it. For the price, upgrades should be happening . Won’t be back!

I went for my sons birthday yesterday and I ate one coconut shrimp and two biscuits and I got sick as a dog had to leave the restaurant and go sit in the car while they’re with the rest of my family was waiting on their food. They got their food and it was disgusting. They couldn’t even eat it. The worst $140 I’ve ever spent in my life. My grandson‘s macaroni and cheese was cold. It was still frozen. My daughter‘s chicken was burnt and then the manager never brought it back to her. My son‘s lobster taste like rubber. Take it from me save your money and go somewhere else DO NOT EAT HERE!!! the cooks here don’t know how to cook the food properly

Do Not Go Here! The food was absolutely horrible.All the food was greasy like it had sat in it for hours. Over cooked "recooked" grease pouring out of all of it. It was cold from where we waiting 45 min when only a few people were coming at the time.Just a complete waste of money.My bill for 3 adults was $150.00. If you want to have a heart attack and everything taste like grease then this is the place for you.

Visited Red Lobster in Murfreesboro…it’s been 15 or so years since I dined at an RL. Sat at the bar and Jaley got me set up with some water and a beer while I looked over the menu. Decided on the Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms for an appetizer and the “New” Lobster & Shrimp Linguini. Jaley brought out some of the legendary Cheddar Biscuits while I waited for the appetizer. The Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms were OK, needed salt & pepper, and weren’t very hot. Took quite a long time for the main meal and Jaley was great at keeping me updated. The Lobster & Shrimp Linguini was disappointing with “scrap” lobster meat, flavorless shrimp, and an unimpressive lobster sauce. This is a new special dish RL is touting…it needs a lot of work.

After dinner I spoke with the manager to share feedback regarding the meal tonight. He was concerned about my experience and would discuss it with the kitchen staff. I did reiterate to him the great service received from Jaley.

Red Lobster used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Not any more! To summarize, we waited (party of 3) about 45 mins to get our food. The broccoli had a horrible fishy and salty taste, my popcorn shrimp looked like it was something you could have bought from Kroger…mostly breading, and my sister only got one piece of fish either her fish and chips, and it was horrible too. She only ate her fries. Thank goodness my salad and bread were decent. My mother’s chicken Caesar salad was good. Our waitress was not very attentive. She said it was busy, but all you could see in the restaurant was mostly empty booths. The restaurant is going downhill and the quality of food is horrible now. I won’t be back and neither will my sister and my mom, which is sad because it was one of our favorite places.

I feel that the lunch menu could feature a few more options. I also think it should include a few cheaper options to be competitive with other restaurants lunch prices.

Waited 30 minutes just for one meal. Seems to not care about DoorDash drivers.
