My family, a good friend and I have gone to this location many times in the past. In the past, the service was excellent.
HOWEVER, tonight was the last straw to where we will NEVER return! The place was NOT busy. Our server wasn’t great either. We get our drinks, only 3 straws. Then we all order bottomless fries. Mind you, there’s 4 of us and we get 3 baskets. That’s when I feel in the pit of my stomach that this is going to be a bad experience.
We order our food and we were almost forgotten with being checked on for drinks and fries. Since no one was helping us, I took it upon myself to refill our tables drinks. Yes, that’s right our tables drinks without anyone stopping me. I don’t work for the company but I felt like I did. During that time, our 2nd of order of fries come and still no burgers. The basket of fries had 8(yes my husband counted) in each basket.
That’s where we had our final straw. Talked to the manager who honestly didn’t have much to say and took care of what we had which were the fries and drinks..no actual food.
Red Robin - I don’t know what has happened to your staff but it’s gone down hill and quick! When you tell someone yall are hiring but fail to actually interview said person and call them back, that shows a lack of judgement on you. Yet you have a restaurant filled with either incompetent lazy people or not enough people to make the job easier! Yes I am contacting corporate again about this location!

I really enjoy going to this Red Robin but I wish they took better care of cleanliness. Properly wash the floors so customers aren't skating on oil. The food and customer service is very good so don't want to bash that at all.

I called and placed an order with a live person, I guess the call center. I order 2 cheeseburgers, well done with American cheese plain (meat, cheese and bun only) with poppyseed honey mustard. I got home and it had mayo on it. I called and they directed me to the manager (can’t remember his name - manager on duty on 1.29.25 qt 6pm). I told him what happened, he put me on hold to pull the ticket. He came back and read off the ticket, he said since it didn’t say no mayo on the ticket and they didn’t take the order he can’t do anything about it. He said, how can we fix the problem. I said I just want to bring the 2 back and get them remade, with nothing on it. He said he can’t do it, because it wasn’t on them. I’m in management, and I don’t understand. I’m not trying to get anything free. I was bringing them back. My son is allergic to mayonnaise, and I just spent over $30 dollars to go to waste. I will never eat there again. What happened to making the customers happy!
The atmosphere and family oriented and the staff is very friendly! I love the menu variety and drink options. Their food is affordable, delicious, and they always have daily deals!

My wife and I love Red Robin and we'd never been to this location before. The food was awesome (I had the turkey burger with avocado) and the service was fantastic. Grant was our server and he did an excellent job. The manager even came to our table and chatted with us. Grant helped us sign up for the rewards program and we got a free appetizer. I highly recommend this location!

Okay, just finished vomiting up my burger for the 2nd time. I called about the patty not being well done but this was before my insides ended up on the outside. I think I'll eat somewhere else for awhile.

Stop by this Red Robin on 12/23/24 at approximately 2:00pm. They had plenty of workers, some serving tables and several standing around. We were seated and never waited on. We sat there for 12 minutes and got up and left. The hostess and boy with checkered shirt, had to be mgr, came to table near us and talked to a girl eating but never offered to make sure we were waited on. Then there was another boy that stood near kitchen entrance the entire time but never attempted to make sure we were served. Terrible service and if I could give you a negative rating, I would. Will never return to this restaurant and will make sure I direct others away from your poor service.
