We just paid 28.00 for 3 loaded potatoes that were still hard and practically raw inside. Im now at work with a raw potato! I called and pretty much was told to bring it back to have it replaced with the receiptin my mothers car headed back to Chapel Hill. Im on a 12 hour shift! Thanks but no thanks for nothing....

Waited in drive threw for 30 minutes staff was not paying attention that customers was trying to order. When got to the window they was too busy on their phones to take payment. Was very rude

Part of my order was forgotten, I called and staff was rude and hung up phone on me, I tried to call back but they would not answer the phone, been going there for years, I will never go back. I did not deserve to be disrespected when they were the ones who made the mistake. Very Disappointed...to say the least

The food would be better if the workers spent more time on the quality of the actual potato instead of in each other people faces. The potato wasn’t even warm. It was cold and hard. The chicken tenders are always great. This place used to be good when the woman who owned it was here more often. But oh well.

We used to be frequent customers here but unfortunately management has gone downhill. The last 3 times we have been our experience was as follows: as we were walking in with others in the parking lot someone ran to the door and locked it. We didn’t realize their dining room closed early but instead of politely stating that they pointed to a sign and walked away. There were 3 families standing there all who drove off. 2nd time the person taking our order in person got it wrong then tried to charge us twice instead of refunding wrong item then manager acted like we were in the wrong when person admitted to the manager it was their fault for pressing wrong buttons. I asked for an additional condiment (sour cream for my potato after I dropped mine) and they charged me for it. Keep in mind I had just spent over $100 on our meal. Just rude and ridiculous. 3rd time we were in the drive through and I ordered a family pack with an additional 2 large sides. The woman kept saying I couldn’t get additional sides that I had to give up something from the main meal. We were confused. Then she started screaming at me over the intercom. We drove off. I emailed and asked for an owner to contact me. It never happened. Won’t be back.

Absolutely perfect I love their ham. Chicken tenders awesome potatoes are the best get extra meat on it. White bbq sauce incredible but I like the mild red sauce best.

The new staff is awful, I have been going to this place for 17 years. It is absolutely crazy how young people do not care. I still go thinking each time it will be better next trip. Generally on Saturday....
