We used to be frequent customers here but unfortunately management has gone downhill. The last 3 times we have been our experience was as follows: as we were walking in with others in the parking lot someone ran to the door and locked it. We didn’t realize their dining room closed early but instead of politely stating that they pointed to a sign and walked away. There were 3 families standing there all who drove off. 2nd time the person taking our order in person got it wrong then tried to charge us twice instead of refunding wrong item then manager acted like we were in the wrong when person admitted to the manager it was their fault for pressing wrong buttons. I asked for an additional condiment (sour cream for my potato after I dropped mine) and they charged me for it. Keep in mind I had just spent over $100 on our meal. Just rude and ridiculous. 3rd time we were in the drive through and I ordered a family pack with an additional 2 large sides. The woman kept saying I couldn’t get additional sides that I had to give up something from the main meal. We were confused. Then she started screaming at me over the intercom. We drove off. I emailed and asked for an owner to contact me. It never happened. Won’t be back.

Absolutely perfect I love their ham. Chicken tenders awesome potatoes are the best get extra meat on it. White bbq sauce incredible but I like the mild red sauce best.

Placed an order online and it stated it would be ready at 7:08. I've never been to this location, thus didn't know they lock the doors at 7pm. So we had to wait in the drive thru. Needless to say, there was a LONG line. Been here and still waiting. It's 7:31 sohopefully our food will not be cold or mushy chicken tenders. I wish they had a separate line for those who have placed orders online or allow us to come inside. If we come back, I'll be sure to eat indoors prior to 7. This is nuts!

Ordered Loaded potato. Was not even warm completely cold took it back. Next potato was the same way won’t be going back. Potatoes had been warmed and re warmed several times they were sitting there for quite a while. Should’ve offered me my money back, I’m very offended. You had better do better Rick’s , your reviews are showing!
The quality of the food on the weekend is very poor. Go thru the week if you want decent food, just left from getting potatoe and it was hard and dry and so was the chicken. I couldn’t finish it and just threw it away.

As a former employee of this location, I will start with the fact that the food is good, not GREAT but it is fast food BBQ after all, im not expecting 12 hour smoked brisket so it gets a thumbs up. However on that note, I will say the serving portion sizes for the potatoes (ie. bacon bits, green onions and cheese) seemed small for what the price is, the portion of meat is fine for sandwiches and potatoes alike. The sides are good as well, especially the baked beans, however more often than not the mac and cheese was very watered down, and difficult to enjoy it to its fullest while eating with the fork and knife provided with the meal. Another great item on the menu is the seasoned fries, alot of fries with great texture and flavor for the price, albeit sometimes they are colder or in the least not always fresh. One major concern I had though was on several occasions I saw coworkers (both when I was on and off shift just getting a meal with my family) vaping on the food, as well as using their phones between orders often with out removing/changing gloves or washing their hand. Both of which are major health concerns and need to be addressed by managment. In addition to this, I along with my family and friends who have eaten at this restaurant have seen kids in the kitchen, this is not only being a food saftey concern for customers, but one as well for the child's saftey as having them sitting next to deep friers, knifes, slippery and dirty surfaces, or even on counter tops. I understand that employees may have kids and need a place to keep them under watch without being too costly (in this case free), but a work enviorment especially that of a kitchen is absolutely no place for childcare, and poses a risk to the child and customers alike. On a more positive note, drinks are good, having pepsi products and unsweet, sweet and fruit tea. The restaurant is fairly clean, tables are almost never dirty, and whenever a mess is made staff cleans it very quickly. Overall would I recomend this restaurant? Probably, but there are certainly areas to improve in cleanliness, saftey and quantity/quality control wise. If I had to recomend an item/items off the menu I would say the beef samwich with baked beans and mac n cheese.
