The new staff is awful, I have been going to this place for 17 years. It is absolutely crazy how young people do not care. I still go thinking each time it will be better next trip. Generally on Saturday....
Placed an order online and it stated it would be ready at 7:08. I've never been to this location, thus didn't know they lock the doors at 7pm. So we had to wait in the drive thru. Needless to say, there was a LONG line. Been here and still waiting. It's 7:31 sohopefully our food will not be cold or mushy chicken tenders.
I wish they had a separate line for those who have placed orders online or allow us to come inside. If we come back, I'll be sure...

As a former employee of this location, I will start with the fact that the food is good, not GREAT but it is fast food BBQ after all, im not expecting 12 hour smoked brisket so it gets a thumbs up. However on that note, I will say the serving portion sizes for the potatoes (ie. bacon bits, green onions and cheese) seemed small for what the price is, the portion of meat is fine for sandwiches and potatoes alike.
