Roma Pizza -- TN

Very disappointed. Husband ordered the pizza tonight for dinner and we could barely bite it. OVER COOKED. it was so over cooked and barely had any pizza sauce under the cheeze on it. It was our 1st time ordering at this location and now its our last. Have to order from a different pizza restaurant.

Online it says they open at 11am. I placed a carry out order at 11:15. They took my order and my money. I showed up to Roma at 11:45 to pick up my order, and they were closed. I checked their website, and website says they open at 12. I waited in the parking lot till 12 and called them 3 times. No answer. I drove home and called again at 12:30 and still no answer!!!! Somehow payment has already been taken from my card but nobody is there. Now what??? I hope this will get resolved and my money will be returned!

Great Italian food, house salads are beyond delicious. Will be back!!

Food is really good. But I would recommend thawing out the Tiramisu. I know it comes in frozen, we used the same brand at a restaurant I used to work at, but is much better properly thawed out. Just a suggestion. Other than that pizza and wings were ??????

Ordered over the phone after reviewing the menu. Called because I was concerned some items on dessert maybe out, but they were available and everything they promised was taken care of. Pizza, drinks and desserts were all delivered as promised and real good. Will be ordering again, soon!

I absolutely enjoyed my pizza, wings, and tiramisu I ordered tonight! Everything was hot and fresh, and the wings were big and meaty! ( Which is difficult to find right now) My delivery driver called me 8 minutes before he arrived and was right on time! Very personable and and all around great experience! Great job y'all!!!!!

Would not honor advertised pricing when I received food instead of a sausage sub they cut up hotdogs as a substitute like no one would notice and then over charged me another $1.25

They have good food I ? they fries,chicken tenders and wings I ? the wing sauce they have that tangy gold OMG!!! It's so good.

This place always has fresh outstanding pizza! And the price is right. Service is fast and friendly. We like the large sausage and pepporoni pizza.

Eating Roma Pizza for the first time was one small bite for me, but one giant bite into memory lane ft. my fav childhood pizzeria. Thank you for the delicious food and sweet memories. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Ordered 14" Roma calzone and six teriyaki wings. I travel extensively and didn't expect much but delivery and food was excellent. I used Roma for delivery service. EXCELLENT!!

First the website was down & I had to pay in cash so hopefully I don't get double charged for this. I usually like Roma but tonight I got raw chicken... Ate one piece before realizing it, hope I don't get sick

I have been here many times. The taste is excellent every time. Add to that the low pricing and you have a great combination. They are always prompt and friendly.
