Roma pizza and Pasta - Lava lounge

I ordered delivery from the restaurant over the phone late last night. The service was great. The quality of food is not… it all looked great. But, the crust/dough of pizza was weirdly spongy- almost like something got mixed up like baking soda vs baking powder…. I had ordered the 7cheese pizza and the Mediterranean chicken salad. I asked for extra feta. But, they had No feta. The size of salad was Great, but that Absolutely was Precooked Packaged chicken…. Love the late hours and prices-5stars, but Food quality is like a 2. It’s 2025- food shows dominate tv. My six yr old can taste quality (still eats everything though). Really impressed with service….

Ordered spaghetti with a side of manicotti, and a salad. Instead of picking up the phone like an adult to let the customer know they were out of spaghetti and manicotti and perhaps offering another option, the order was sent for delivery with just a salad. So two adults shared a salad at the DoorDash rate & tip attached. Poor customer service. Poor value. Do better.

This ought to tell you something...I specifically came from Uber Eats to leave this small business another 5 star review on Google. They were open late on Christmas night so I ordered a couple of pizzas....they were amazing. Portions were large and the pizzas were some of the best I've ever tasted. This place is a hidden gem or something. I was very impressed.

It took 2hrs for me to get my food. My fries were stale and my pizza was cold. The owner didn’t know where the driver was.

Pizza is absolutely fantastic. The vibe is nice in the space. I won’t be coming back because I got jipped on a three piece tender salad. There’s 1 tender in here chopped up and 4 times the amount of salad. Unfortunate. Great pizza. I live around the corner but not of their word so again I’m not coming back.

The food is ALWAYS amazing and VERY fresh. The location and atmosphere are also amazing! Thank you Roma!!

They left menus at Hampton Inn that stated delivery available. When we called they said they don't deliver there. It's out of their way they said. Then they shouldn't put delivery menus where they don't deliver. Also had a hair in my pizza....YUCK!!

My order clearly said 2 large pizzas and they gave me 2 small

Amazing food, staff and very clean

Food is fantastic, and the service is phenomenal! I had extra toppings added to my calzone and the owner Mike went above and beyond to ensure my next order was perfect!
Having extra toppings isn't a bad thing but he recognized it wasn't a preference of mine and over compensated to make up for my inconvenience! Thanks,Mike! We appreciate your business and could benefit from more business owners like you in our community! Best Calzones and pizza in town!

I ordered my food and it took them over three hours. The guy brought me my food and said I had a credit but when I called them, they said they had no knowledge of it and they wasn’t doing deliveries at the time.

Staff is super friendly and the food is really great, highly recommend!
