Driving from Hendersonville TN. To Atl GA. Wanted a Salad. This place came up as best reviews near where we stopped. Love to support my people. I saw iceberg salads in the photo reviews and I don’t want Iceberg. Glad they have Kale-I chose Kale base. I love that all of the toppings free. A sign says no photos or videos. Their dressings are made in house-wow. Tomato Basil dressing is delicious. Pineapple Bliss didn’t work as a salad dressing for me (my opinion). It’s hard to make all those dressings from scratch so I’m very appreciative and impressed. unique dressings & large portion. Ordered catfish sandwich also and fries. Catfish on light bread wasn’t the best neither were the fries to me (my opinion). We couldn’t eat it. Perhaps it’s the basic fryer. The fries taste like they are coated in fish fry dust. I was sad because I love french fries. The salad was a bit wet already. I prefer a more dry and cold, crispy and crunchy green leaf. At 11am on a Wednesday the slaw wasn’t ready yet or any of their signature teas. Bummer. Didn’t have kale… she was about to leave the store to go get some…so we switched to spring mix to support them. Salads were $17 and fish and fries was around $16 also. The prices were not listed, I thought that’s odd. I believe that this place can get an instant lift by upgrading the seating arrangements, tables/chairs, the building, the plants, the paint or the scent inside. Food took about 45 minutes. Restrooms could use a lil touch up but it was accommodating. Music inside is great. Salad dressings are $4 for the extra because it’s homemade and quite large. They should put them in smaller containers to sell for less $$. if you wanted to try a different one, you may not for $4, but you might for $1. The tomato basil dressing is tasty but it’s a bit oily, in which I understand oil is a salad dressing base. However, Extra virgin oil is preferred and with the amount of oil I saw I questioned the type of oil used here.
To the family working this store, you are doing a great job by making it to this point and being in service to the people. Please, take these points as tips for improvement as it’ll only make you more $$. Continue to improve. Love your business name and concept. I could’ve said some of these things but there’s an unwritten rule to not say anything negative to the person making your food. Plus typically you wait til after eating to write a complete thought review. If the food is amazing, I adjust certain comments that’s why I waited. Being personal to your reviewers speaks highly! That response was poor.

I visited today and was disappointed. The customer service was excellent, however the young man needed assistance. I waited almost 45 minutes for 2 salads and 2 fish sandwiches & fries. The fished was cooked 1 at a time and the fries were cooked in the same fish grease which looked old. Additionally, I was charged $6.09 for online ordering but I ordered in person. He stated they were having register issues and never offered to refund. I paid $81.14 dollars total including a tip. The salad looks delicious but I haven’t tried it yet. Not sure if I’ll be revisiting.

This was our first visit but certainly won't be the last. We ordered our salads and sat and had conversation while we waited. It took maybe 20 mins so if you're in a hurry, which we were not, then maybe order ahead. While we were talking and waiting on the salads, I thought I should probably have asked for extra ranch. When the salads came out, I saw the bowl of ranch and kinda giggled and told my daughter that I'd never use that much. So we dug right in and let me tell y'all...this salad was phenomenal! And the ranch...incredible!!! The salad was so fresh! Every. Single. Aspect. Was. Amazing. The gentlemen working were really pleasant and I can't wait to go back and try different items! I wish I had taken a picture because that was one beautiful salad.

The salads are good, but it’s definitely overpriced. I also suggest watching them make your salad when you get there to make sure everything is added. I had to pay for extra turkey because I was told she saw him add it even though I could find a single piece of turkey in my salad. The same happened for the extra radishes I paid for. I just suggest watching your food being made there instead of ordering ahead.

There’s a reason the menu doesn’t have prices on it. They don’t want to scare you away. The salad along with the various options adds up quickly. Anyway, expect to pay nice sit-down restaurant prices. You’ll probably like the salad itself, though.

The salad here is really tasty. For once you can assemble your own salad exactly the way you like. There was a perfect amount of salt on it as well. The staff is very nice and they chop all the veggies and the salad freshly.

I love me a fresh salad and baby they did not disappoint . The best salad I ever had . The spinach and veggies were so crispy and juicy. The unlimited veggies and meat you can add was just the icing on the cake !! I haven’t even got to the best part which is their homemade dressing …I will personally just go shop with them to buy dressing before I buy it from a store …and the owners was so sweet and enthused to help , very welcoming atmosphere

Ah man this place is great! What more could you ask for? A VIP area behind closed doors? Maybe someday. Your salad will be uniquely yours because you’re picking all the fresh ingredients. The best salad I’ve ever had came from here. Take this recommendation with a grain of salt because before this I wasn’t all that fond of salads. The customer service is fantastic. Zachariah guided me through the process and created an incredible salad for me. The only possible downside that I could see that would make other customers think twice is the price. Remember with most things in life, you get what you pay for.. unless you’re getting ripped off. I don’t believe this establishment is doing that. I only ate half my salad for dinner and was very satisfied. It still remained as fresh the following day. With all this being said.. I expect to be a returning customer.
