Please think twice when driving to this place as they pick and choose when to be open. I drove 30 minutes there... The open hours says 10am -8pm I get there at 940am and decided to wait. 10am comes and nothing so I called them. No answer. Then 10:35am comes along and nothing. Online it says open for online orders as well. So I called and left a message 10 mins later they went on google and listed the store as closed. Didn't bothered to return my call about it or nothing. My coworker who told me about this place stated the same thing has happened to her prior. So it's hit or miss. Wish I would have known before driving out there.

After visiting and bringing our neighbors I changed my Star review to a 1 due to us coming and the restaurant being out of water. I asked if we could bring our water bottles in our car in and our server said that was fine. After we brought in our water and sat back down while waiting the manager came up and was extremely rude to us. She said we waere not allowed to bring drinks from the outside but they didn’t have water and didn’t offer tap water.
My husband and I ate here last night. The salad was the best and the fried catfish was the best catfish my husband has eaten and he’s 80 years old. The owners are super nice people. I highly recommend. I will be eating here often

Awesome place . First time coming here checked reviews and also gave it a try myself . They were all nice and the music was lovely . Food is a GREAT SIZE PORTION they packed the salad real good with the utensils don’t see many of people giving out the amount needed plus good customer service this place right here is amazing . I love the energy that was giving . I will continue to come here and also tell a few family members that will love it too so far so great . May god continue to bless you all with this business!! ❤️

I'm so grateful that my friend knew of this place and introduced me because it is by far the best salad hands down. All dressings are homemade, as well as the fruit fusion teas and lemonade are sooo delicious!! You have got to try it. I've already been twice in the same week I tried it , it's that good !! The owner is so very kind, friendly and a beautiful soul. 10/10 recommend!!

Our salads looked so good! The ranch and tomato basil dressing are awesome!!! Love the salads they are perfect! The nice gentleman was very helpful and patient with us as first time visitors. The young men were very professional and polite! We didn't wait long at all! He even allowed me to sample the pineapple bliss dressing and it's sweet and spicy yum!! My friend suggested the establishment she loves it! She comes very often. I saw their TikTok videos and had to run real fast to try! I'll be back!

Delicious filling salads. I would most definitely return.
I’m on a very low-salt diet for a serious health situation, so eating out is hard for me… I mostly make food at home. But I’m passing through Murfreesboro, and that’s not an option. So… I looked for the healthiest, most low-sodium place I could find… SALAD!
The guys were SUPER NICE and really helpful. The salad was a bit expensive ($23) — a similar made-to-order salad where I’m from at most delis/corner stores is about $10. BUT no worries, it’s not cheap to run a small business these days, and I was happy to support this place.
I took the salad back to my hotel. When I opened it, and was about to pour the Balsamic Oil dressing on, I figured I’d taste it just in case Balsamic Vinegar and Oil dressing somehow had salt added to it. At Salads On Demand it does. It must be soy sauce. I wasn’t happy. Balsamic Vinegar and Oil by itself is great! No need for anything to be added. BUT if it is added, the great label on the huge container should say: “ingredients: balsamic vinegar, oil, soy sauce, and other spices.”
Soy sauce is a huge source of sodium. It’s almost an entire day’s worth of sodium for normal people in just 2 tbsp (1800mg). I have to keep each meal between 200-300mg of sodium.
Anyway. Please consider adding the basic ingredients to your dressing labels (esp for the Balsamic Oil dressing) or just literally offer Balsamic Vinegar and Oil separately as an option. Some people’s health issues can be really serious, so being cautious is ideal. Best of luck to you!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding! I stopped by Salads on Demand and decided to try something off-menu — a Whiting fish sandwich and a Catfish sandwich. Both were served on soft, fresh potato bread with crisp onions and juicy tomatoes. Every bite was flavorful and perfectly balanced. The quality of the ingredients really stood out, and you can tell they care about what they serve.
The service was just as impressive — fast, friendly, and attentive. I was blown away by how good everything was, and I’ll definitely be back. In fact, I plan on returning every day for lunch next week! Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, delicious, and satisfying food.

If I could give 0 rating I would. While collecting an order as a DoorDash driver, I encountered an issue with the restaurant staff. The staff member, wearing a hat and headset, was engaged in a phone call upon my arrival. After displaying the order details on my phone, she instructed me to print my name on the receipt and move to the opposite end of the counter. When I requested a photograph of the order and receipt, she had me return to the other side of the counter. However, she only displayed the receipt, prompting me to reiterate my request for a photo of the sealed order with the receipt visible. The staff member declined, citing store policy, and subsequently refused to fulfill the order. As a result, I had to notify the customer that their order could not be collected and that they needed to contact customer support for a full refund. I also cobtacted support and this establishment could very well be losing the option of delivery with door dash very soon as a direct result of this. This restrictive approach compromises the customer's trust in the delivery service, contradicting the platform's policies. Throughout my years of experience in food delivery, I have never encountered such inefficiency and incompetency in a person. It's an absolute shame someone can't let down their ridiculous ego and see the reason in front of their eyes. With customer service like that I'm certain this business won't last long.
