I absolutely love how big the products are. You can get a lot for a little compared to other stores. The workers are amazing, they keep the store clean and organized but the bathroom does get messy pretty quickly and I feel like they should have someone to come around every 30 min to an hour to make sure that it's clean. Other than the bathroom being dirty I really like shopping here.

7/2024: Although the basic layout of the store remains consistent, the simple changes provide opportunities to discover new products. Service and price are quite good.

2024 Update: I have to say, Sam's continues to up its customer service. So far, I am impressed with the service in all divisions from inside to curbside to delivery.

Update-to update: continue to have good experiences, overall but I do hate their mobile app.

We received a phone call today from Jason who apologized for the entire situation. His professionalism and overall attitudes speaks to the importance of customer service and the relationship he desires to have/represent between himself, the company, his team, and his customers. We have decided to continue shopping with Sam's in Murfreesboro and hope to do so for many years to come. Great recovery Jason! My family and I have shopped at Sam's for years and have tried to justify doing so as a means of supporting "employment" in our community. No more. Upon reviewing our receipt we noticed we had been charged 3-times for a meat product. Apparently the cashier had tried to correct a double charge only to end up charging it a 3rd time rather than removing the 2nd charge. When I called the store, I was questioned (as expected) to look for the minus sign, then told to come back in and they would credit the charges on my credit card. I asked if they would please do this over the phone rather than inconvenience ME again for their mistake. NOPE, they don't do that over the phone. No apologies for the mistake, NO apologies for the inconvenience...just we'll be happy to take care of that for you? Well, they better be happy to take care of THEIR mistake...all while inconveniencing me again. Certainly explains why Amazon is taking over retail, why Wal-Mart/Sam's ranks so low in Customer Service. and why Sam's is closing so many of it's locations. I won't be back after I get my money...

Update: Sam's store CX called and resolved these issues for and I greatly appreciate it. It's their third party delivery that has been dropping the ball on these.
Their delivery is terrible! Twice I've been disappointed. The first time, the lady was unloading everything at my neighbor's and luckily I was outside to tell her that it's my order. She forgot the sugar completely. The second delivery, they left the food outside in 96 degree weather, with meat, and didn't bother to ring the doorbell so I can take it inside. They also forgot my sugar AGAIN, refunded it for no reason when that was the main reason I ordered. Called them, no answer. Went to the CX chat, they offered me a gift card for the driver tip instead of refund.

Amazing prices on food. Probably cheapest meals I have ever eaten, and it tastes amazing! It's really easy and quick to check out, too. Love it!
