Horrible experience the tire service center
We installed tire in September last year and they lost the wheel nut lock tool.
I bring her car back for air leak repair and they cannot find the tool.
When I brought the car today, they ask me for that tool and I told probably inside of the car,
I was called by them because can't not find it.
I stop by the club for looking the tool.
The tool was missing, and I request to speak with the manager for resolve these issues.
The manager Lecy was very rude and do want to resolve the issue because the tire was installed in September 2024.
She was rude and unfriendly.

Food is good AND CHEAP! They stop selling at 5-5:30 consistently. Even though Google claims they are open until 8 . They told us they don't make any more food after 5 pm.

We love the prices and the food, but they stop making food hours before closing. They close at 8 and we came at 5 and they didn't have any more pizza or ice cream. Why do they do this? This is the 3rd time we have tried to come for dinner and they are out of food.

Today I noticed a charge on my bank statement for early renewal fee. Customer service line hold time was long. I don’t live too far from Sam’s on John Rice Blvd, Murfreesboro, Tn. I went to customer service desk encountered Raven who was asking all types of questions and assuming I had let someone use my card or brought some one else to store. She was doing everything not to issue me a refund. Telling me to dispute with bank. She did not want to authorize my refund. Why? No legitimate reason. I walked away and ask for another supervisor and showed her the charge on my statement and she told Raven to refund my money and she was disrespectful to her still refusing to follow that manager’s order. That manager walked off and her expression said it all. Then Raven tells me supervisor is asking questions. Ha ha she was told again to refund my payment. I don’t think Raven’s action proved good customer service. She needs training or needs to be fired. Apparently she’s always combative.I asked her to remove my card from saved, she quickly said I can’t you need to call customer service. If you don’t have the skills for this type of job, please try something else.
Miss I’ve been working here forever sitting at the entrance door was extremely rude ! I guess she feels like she can be rude to customers 😡 instead of stopping her conversation with another employee to get up off her stool and help customers with assistance. I know everyone says it’s hard to find “good” help but pretty sure of all people she should know the employee hand book by now 🙄 I hope no one else has to experience her rudeness 😞

Great selection. Speedy checkout. I had always enjoy a very pleasant shopping experience here. I use the pharmacy there as it is never crowded. Great selection of seasonal clothing and other seasonal stuff. One of my favorite places to shop.

Every department at this location is severely understaffed, cafe isn't even worth stopping at. Extremely slow, no toppings available "due to covid".
Its state mandatory to wear masks in places. There was alot of people in there when i went that didnt have it on. Thats not ok with me. You guys need to get like Costco. They said if you come in our stores you have to have a mask on. If you have health conditions where you cant where one then put on a face shield. If you dont put anything on your not coming into the building .
