First time experiencing this place! It’s delicious and the staff were amazing, patient, and friendly! I haven’t even finished my sandwich, but a review was warranted, promptly!

Easily one of the best spots in town. The food at Sandwich Factory is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care.. you can taste it in every bite. Raj, the owner, is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She treats everyone like family and goes out of her way to make sure every visit feels special. My wife and I have been coming here for years, and it’s consistently a five-star experience.. great food, perfect service, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on a true local gem. We came today and she gave us free meals for Veterans Day! Love this place!!

My wife and I stopped in here for a quick lunch. I ordered the original cuban sandwich with tater tots and a drink. My wife ordered the italian beef sandwich with garlic butter on the bread with chips and a drink. My cuban was fantastic. It was very traditional tasted, very good.Enjoyed it very much. The tater tots were good. They were crispy kind of a small portion, but for lunch, I mean, what else do you really need. It comes with a melted cheese sauce for dipping, which was tasty. My wife's sandwich was good. However, the italian beef was fairly dry. The au jus that came with it was flavorful, and she enjoyed that. The role that her sandwich came on with the garlic butter was very good. The chips, made in store, were very good. The service was fantastic was quick, efficient and came with a smile. We enjoyed sitting at one of the two outdoor tables. The weather was beautiful. The restaurant is very clean, very presentable. I would definitely be back here to try all of the other things that look wonderful on their menu and would recommend you give them a shot as well.

I ordered a Ruben and the meat was NOT corned beef, this meat was brown with a strong taste, wrapped in aluminum foil which made supposedly toasted bread soggy! It looked like Grandma packed me a sandwich with left over meat, do NOT go here

It’s changed, don’t trust old reviews. Not sure if there is new management or what, but there was half or less the meat they use to have, and the prices increased as well. (Hidden by splitting up the combo) My club sandwich had a many bites that were one slice of meat in the bite. Use to be a staple, now it’s almost a ripoff.

Perfect in every way. Very fun, very modern environment with a unique menu selection and The Chicago Cuban I had today had an great mix of peppers and veggies that were supremely complimented by the Chicago Style gravy and I absolutely could not pass up the S'Mores cookie on display at the register. The price is up there for a sandwich shop but the quality as well as the service makes it right on.

When we walked in, the floor was so sticky and gross. Our feet were sticking to the floor. That should have been my que to leave.
This used to be an amazing sandwich shop. Not anymore.
Y'all have changed so much, and it's definitely NOT for the better!
The price was a major shock. I get it, the cost of everything has gone up. But, $40 for two sandwiches is INSANE!! Furthermore, seeing what that bigger price tag got us, really left a lot to be desired.
When we were ordering, the guy kept interrupting us. Almost like he was annoyed that we didn't order in a specific way. Interrupting people is just rude and awful customer service.
The Italian bread has so much garbage on it, it makes a complete mess and it tastes so nasty. It's seriously inedible.
Y'all hardly put any meat on the sandwich. Also, seems the quality of the meat has drastically gone down hill, as it was so greasy.
As far as the toppings our sandwiches got, what looks like 4 handfuls of lettuce, a strip of onion on each half of our sandwiches, as well as a half slice of tomato per half of sandwich, and roughly a handful of olives on each half... I requested no olives. Then, the sandwich was drowned in mayo.
I didn't order a lettuce and olive sandwich.
This is so gross.
Y'all save your money, ths place is not it!!
