I drove by this place a dozen times and finally got a chance to stop in and I was glad I did. I wanted a Chicago style Italian beef and it did not disappoint. It happened to be on sale that day which was a nice surprise. I had read other reviews about bad service but the young man that was there helping me was great. He was really super friendly , above and beyond helpful. I'll be back

This is the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The food was extremely tasty, fries were crispy and perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was clean and very nicely decorated! 5 stars we will be back!

Ordered Italian beef dipped wet it is so dry then they tell me I have to contact door dash for them to fix it but y'all made the sandwich smh ....I am born n raised In Chicago n people kill me trying to use our city food n it's not even close to supper subs Italian beef or scatchels or fat Albert's this is ridiculous and it has no flavorAT ALL

Amazing food for a really reasonable price. They serve their fries with a little side of cheese too, which is just genius. Highly recommend the Loco Cuban. Their customer service has always been great too.
This is my new favorite place in Murfreesboro!!!! And the cookies are... sinful! 😆 My only knock on them is that I wish that they were still open when I got off work. Please stay open til 5....at least for the summer. 🥹

Never visited The Sandwich Factory before…shame on me. A friend and I went out to lunch and he suggested them. He ordered the Factory Club (looked delicious) and I decided on the Romanucci's Tour of Italy. Granted…it’s a sandwich but these folks really serve up a good looking sub. The meats had flavor and the Capicola a nice bit of a kick. The veggies were all fresh and the kicker…the sub was toasted!!! The addition of their homemade sweet basil pesto (don’t skip on this) it one of the best sauces on an Italian sub I’ve had, you might want a bit on the side for dipping. They offer different sides with the sandwiches, go for the homemade potato chips!
No pics of the chips...but the cheese sauce is for them.

Would have given them a 0 if I could have got to the review section, Went there Saturday 4/22/25, young lady pretty much told us they were closing, even though it was 20mins before closing time, said if we ordered it would have to be to go. Had never been there and will never return, horrible customer service.
