So this place was amazing all around. The ribs were perfectly cooked and seasoned. All around every item tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. The baked beans were fire! Also plenty of beer variety. I had the New Heights Dark beer and its was great. Highly recommend the place if you want a little love sprinkled on you food. Staff was great as well, you can tell its family orientated.

This place really SURPRISED me!
I shared the Community share platter with a friend. Some of the best ribs I have put in my mouth (love the dry rub), the sausage was also a surprise!
Will certainly make the drive back.

We tried several things on the menu. The day we visited they were out of ribs and ice cream. I honestly do not know what the hype is about this bbq. The brisket was below average. It was not melt in your mouth. The turkey was good and juicy. The wings tasted like they were fried not smoked and the pulled pork needed A LOT of bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese and baked beans were decent but you can get the same at jimmy Nic’s. It is overrated. I would not recommend this as my too bbq spots. I’m surprised many of the people in this area do. It did not live up to the hype.

I give the service and atmosphere both 5 stars. Great service even with learning a new system. We ordered half rack with Mac Cheese, as well as Bbq pulled pork nachos. The time it came out was quick! Unfortunately the food showed that. The nachos didn’t see one warmed, heater, or heat source otherwise. The cheese was still shredded and not melted. I received more chips than actually toppings. (Yes this is normal, but this was insane). Flavor was lacking, sadly. Half rack was moist inside with no flavor on the outside. Mac and cheese, very garlicky. You can tell by how quick it came out, they definitely pre-portion, nothing wrong unless it interferes with quality of food. Sweet Tea was 10/10, if you don’t like it southern I suggest you half and half it. They offer military discount and we love that.

I hate that it took me so long to try this place, it was amazing! On this side of town, it’s tough to find good BBQ (and that’s locally owned). I chose the small platter so I could try a little bit of everything (because when it comes to BBQ, why limit yourself?); there were no losers. The pulled pork, cheese sausage and the brisket were excellent. Even the beans, coleslaw and pickles were great! Long story short, I’ll definitely be back-SOON! Nice people, great atmosphere and killer food. Check it out for yourself! (PS. Sorry I didn’t take a picture, I came hungry and I didn’t have time to snap a photo before I started chowing down, but believe, it was a pretty plate of BBQ goodness)

I called in because I’m new to the city and wanted good bbq this place had a high rating so I went my food came this way don’t know if it’s because I’m a black girl but hey I’m thinking that because they gave me a dirty look when I came to get my food also it cost me almost about 50 dollars for fat meat is crazy like who is eating this that’s funny I really want refund
