My wife loves this place. They have really good thin crust pizza, and my kids love the spaghetti and meatballs. The salad bar is ok it has your basic toppings but nothing fancy.

So disappointed, wings have morphed from what used to be “jumbo” size to teeny tiny wings, probably 1/3rd of the size they used to be & higher priced ?

I love the Sir Pizza in Hermitage TN. So when I seen this place I was excited. Not any more. We ordered the kings feast pizza. They burnt it. The salad looked gross and.was glad I didn't order that. The drink machine needed cleaning...the drinks tasted awful. The inside was ok, but nothing to brag about. I won't be back.

First off love the pizza, wife and stopped by 7/14/24 ordered a small Farmers almanac pizza and two salad two drinks, 40.00. The salad bar was disgusting, lettuce was mostly white with brown edges and bitter. Cucumber were either frozen or been frozen. We did not get a salad. The restaurant it self was not well maintained, we went to a booth and the seat was torn, dead flys on the window seal. We moved to a table. Asked for our money back for the salads and the young man could not do it but gave us a small pepperoni pizza. That will be our last time there

We loved Sir Pizza forever - been coming here over 25 years. That's a testament to the great quality of food and service over the years.

We love the great thin crust pizza with mounds of toppings, and a plethora of choices for your convenience.
Service was friendly and courteous. Ordering was at the entrance, so the face-to-face interaction made the difference to us.

As a longtime venue, these facilities could use a update. It's a bit dark and worn out, and a little bit of renewal could benefit the dining experience.

Thanks for staying true to the customer and we hope to keep seeing you for 25 years more!

Horrible customer service for some over priced pizza. Had a carry out order that was wrong and they did nothing about it after I already got home except making the correct pizza I ordered.
