EVERY TIME I COME HERE THEY ARE SLOW AS HELL. NOBODY IS IN THE DAMN RESTAURANT, SO WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG FOR THEM TO MAKE MY FOOD. Do not eat at this location. It took them 26 minutes to bring our food and when we received it, it was ice cold. I told them to remake it and it was “fixed” in less than a minute. Horrid customer service

About the most incompetent ordering experience I've ever had. Try to order. She cuts me off. Sounds miserable. Both times I've been here it's been the same. I can see why this branch has a 3.9 review. You can thank this one to Marilyn. I also don't enjoy waiting for 10 min with two people in the drive through to get my food.

Couldn’t finish my food at all, i found a hair in my cooked into my food. None of the employees were wearing hairnets or anything to keep their hair away from the food. I bought this on the 1st of October. I also tried to file a complaint on their website and immediately tells you that it can’t. So here i am.

Always a great meal at Slim's! Great service, food, and selection. There are lots of sauces to choose from as well, which is a plus. The grilled tenders are delicious and very well seasoned.
We have enjoyed the tenders family meal for years since they opened in murfreesboro. We tried their wings with the family tender meal totalling over $80. We had Mac n cheese and potato salad with our meal. The Mac and cheese now (not previously) is like government surplus, edible with some nutritional value but not something you run for before it runs out. The potato salad honestly got thrown out because none of us wanted another spoon full. The tinders were great as always, juicy and crispy on the outside and the size is perfect for 2-3 bites per tender. The wings... horrible at best, overcooked, tough and the only flavor was the sauce which wasn't enough to overcome chewing the wings or drummies. We had an order of both wings and drummies and there is a container full in the fridge where we only ate about 6 out of the 10 drummie 10 wing, an add on for $30. I miss the chips, they were always too salty but a lovely freebee with a family meal. I will go back but probably just get the tenders and find my sides somewhere else. Oh yeah, we had an order of fried pickles, really salty but also forgettable.

We paid for 4 meals, almost $50 worth, but the girl only brought out 3 and none of the sauce we paid for. When I showed her my receipt that we ordered a 4th meal she acted bothered by it. The chicken itself was bland and dry, they definitely overcooked it. Fries were cold. the booths were also dirty. Definitely won't be back to this location.

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE. Placed a curbside order as I pulled in at 7:12pm, estimated ready time was 7:25, time came & went by 7:35 I went in and found my order was sitting in the counter and had been ready since 7:20 as it was time stamped. THIS IS THEB2nd time we have tried the curbside and is absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. My fries were cold and my shake was completely melted. The food is always good when hot. If going in to eat you will enjoy the food.

The food is always great at slim chicken. Really great chicken; we love the breading! Daughter got the 3 tenders with fries; she loves the fries and don’t get me started on the mason jar desserts!! 3 of us shared the chocolate chip cookie/ brownie mason jar dessert! Covid be damned lol! Actually it was my kids and I and we r all healthy at the moment knock on wood. I LOVE the strawberry cheesecakes mason jar dessert but I was out voted and so we tried this chocolate chip brownie concoction and it was SO good! And the perfect portion for 3 of us after enjoying our meals. I always get the chicken wrap and no one else does a chicken wrap as good as Slim chickens. (Sorry KFC but yours is mid).

Ordered 2 Five piece meals, each box had 4 pieces and at least 2 of the pieces were no bigger than my big toe. For $30+, I should get at least 10 decent sized chicken strips.
