I ordered a 20oz the small girl named marquicia didn’t remember if I ordered a 32oz or a 20oz I confirmed it was a 20oz. She then gave me my drink I noticed on the receipt she charged me for the wrong size. She was told and had an attitude and said she’ll make me a 32oz and slammed the drive thur window instead of apologizing for the mistake and refunding me the extra cost. I’m confused on why she acted the way she did but I won’t be back

I always get the strawberry hulk From different Smoothie Kings For a year now. This Smoothie King on middle Tennessee by Far puts way too much sugar in this smoothie. It Is such an inconvenience because I have to get my order from the Smoothie King on new Salem most of the time due to how much sugar the smoothie king on middle Tennessee uses. I hope you guys can advise.

I came in an hour before close and they couldn’t make me a bowl. They said they have no fruit… why couldn’t they just go get the fruit out and make me a bowl?!?!?!? First time trying to go won’t go back! It’s a shame it’s around the corner from our new house and we would have gone there very frequently if we would have had a good experience. I never again will go to ANY Smoothie King

Negative stars look at the presentation of these açaí bowls pb swizzle is more like a p&b clump and Go go Gogi bowl look like he took a dump then no receipt the two young workers arguing about who gonna make what order this was a horrible experience ugh money waisted

10/10 service was good and quick . A young lady with red hair is always there when I come early in the mornings her service is very good and she’s very good at what she does even though she’s by herself ! If you guys do employee of the month it def should be her :)

The last three times I’ve order this new girl with gold glasses has given me a hard time about my mobile order and made me show her two proofs of payment the email and the app receipt. Miss the good customer service now she told me she can’t make my order early even though I’m the only customer in the store and drive through line. Miss the good customer service.

Ladies are straight up rude. Took me 15 min to get my shake with one car ordering one shake in front of me. One shake was full and the other was not even close. I let them know it took that long nicely and the one girl stormed off when I asked for another straw that dropped then they both came and they both told me not to come back if i didn't have time wait. Bla bla teenagers these days but policy should trump this fast. Horrible service 3x now
