I'm disappointed in my experience at this Smoothie King! I usually love smoothies from Smoothie King, but my order from here ended up being really bad tasting. It was so overly sweetened that it tasted like cough medicine. This makes me sad because in the past I've always been able to get something great at any Smoothie King, but this time I was let down, and when I tried to ask for help to get the problem corrected I was denied! ?

I want to say that today along with many other times, Brooke has provided great customer service and has the friendliest smile. Very welcoming and knows my order to the T. She’s an exceptional employee. I recommend this place all the time. All of the ladies who work there are great. Although Brooke always has my back when I come in through the door, with a smile and a great demeanor!! 10 out of 10. Best smoothie king in town.

I highly recommend the Smoothie king on medical center! The atmosphere when you walk in is very opening. Every time I walk in I'm greeted and they always help with recommendations also! The service is fast and I never have to wait very long for anything. If your looking for a small treat their bowls are delicious, and I highly recommend the summer watermelon smoothie they have! Even my son loves it!

Açaí bowl I received from smoothie king. I drove 5 minutes before noticing my bowl was turned to slush. This is the second time in a row I’ve received a bowl like this at this location. Very disappointed as these are expensive :/

If you ask for something (ie granola) that you PAY extra for, you somehow get less than someone who got something without an addition. The person at the register couldn't figure out how to add granola on a smoothie bowl that doesn't have it on, and said that I couldn't add it, but at another Smoothie King in the same town, I do it all the time. She ended up asking someone how, which is fine, but then when I got it, it's half empty!! You can visibly see the difference even when my husband's bowl is far away in the picture. And there is only 1 size for a smoothie bowl, there's no small, medium, large option. For $26 for two smoothie bowls, this is crazy. The other Smoothie King on Church Street is way better. We were nearby and love the smoothie bowls, so that's why we went to this location. I will not be returning to this location if they do not treat everyone the same way. Just because you don't know how to work the register at your own job, doesn't mean you should be spiteful to customers that kindly ask for a simple addition.

Friendly and fast service. I always stay away from protein powder in my smoothies because it usually always tastes funny. The woman that served me recommended one of her favs which was Hi protein lemon? and add? strawberries. It was great and I loved the flavor!
Don't order anything with peanut butter, feels like sipping on gravel. If you have to scrape old dried peanut butter probably shouldn't use it on your costumers.

Placed an order online and sent my daughter in to pick up her smoothie. We drove off and she started to drink it, only to realize that it had not been fully blended. Huge chunks of ice through the smoothie, making it extremely hard to drink. Very unhappy teenager expecting a refreshing snack between soccer games.
