I ate a burger from them when soon I laid down I rushed to the restroom nd threw it all up please don’t eat from me they are nasty and rude

I ordered doordash from this place over an hour ago and they still haven't finished making the food! I got two of the small burritos and a milkshake, I tried calling the place and nobody picked up

I’m always having to ask for my change back, it’s like the carhops just assumed they can keep it, and then it’s not even the right amount back. If I give you $15 and my total was $10.49, I should be getting $4.51 back but instead I was handed $3 and then I had to ask for the rest of my change and I was still shorted a $1. The customer service is rude when taking order.

I made an app order. They didn't listen to anything I said on one of the breakfast burritos. Then, I was talked down to like it was my fault, even though it was ordered online. So, all they had to do was read. I was told that I could drive the 30 minutes there and back just for them to replace it.. I had an interview in an hour* I asked if there was anything they could do since I had to drive the extra 30 bc of their mistake. I was told they could cancel the order, only because my father couldn't eat the sausage, but they aren't supposed to do that. She said she saw I got one of the burritos for free anyways bc i used a coupon. OR i could drive back and get a small tot and drink... I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! I should have stuck with taco bell. I know now though..

Went to the sonic on middle tn Blvd murfreesboro today and YUCK !!!! The oil they used for the chicken tenders & tator tots must have been used a thousand times . Change your grease Please . Most of the time this location is pretty good . I don’t eat that kind of food but hubby loves it I looked at the tots decided to take a bit and good grief it was disgusting!!! No way wonder I stopped going to places like this . Shame on you Sonic.

When it is late, everything but MD is closed. This is my go-to place. They have a large menu, and you can not beat their drinks and shakes.

This is by far the WORST sonic I have ever been to!
Some black girl in crocs and black leggings is pretending to be the manager. They refused to give me salsa for my burrito and messed up my order three times! The girl pretending to be a manager ( at least I’m hoping she’s pretending because if not that sonic definitely needs a NEW manager!) refused to give me salsa, messed up my order three times and refused to give me a refund! Corporate has been called! I really hope the owner sees this and actually does something about it because I do NOT Recommend anyone going back there until she is gone!

It really sucks that the owner hates dogs and love. I used to go all the time bc I could get a pup cup for my doggo but, apparently this is the only Sonic in town that doesn’t do pup cups. The new owner sucks!

We came Saturday around 12:30pm and they were busier than Ive ever seen Sonic before like damn near every stall was filled. They were taking a long time with our order and we saw two people come and go before us so we pressed the button to ask about our order. Sydney fixed the whole situation for us. Truly the best customer service Ive experienced in a really long time, she showed genuine concern and got us our food, hot and fresh. Thank you so much ! Would definitely order here again.

Even with the recent renovations, this location is still well below others in the area. The service is slow if not non-existent and the quality of food is poor. Maybe it's just a location, but you can definitely tell that the employees do not want to work
