Just came by your location. And I was wrong up by Alyssa. My ticket says Audrie and whoever the male white manager is on duty. However, customer service is horrible being able to comprehend Chile. Cheese tots is horrible, obviously telling. Accustomed that you can not accommodate them for missing up their order is horrible. I walked over to place my order. I drove back to get my order correct. I told them that I did not want a refund on my credit card. Could they just me the difference? They told me no, and he told me that he refused to get leadership. Involve over $2 horrible customer service. Shall I say again? Then he rolled his eyes once I gave him back the wrong order. Tell me again why I should choose your location?

Male Manager Devin was very disrespectful . my order was missing items and the kids tenders were old, dry and hard . I tried being understanding and respectful because they were busy but there needs to be adults in this store not kids that are rude and don't care about the customers , I left there with a bitter taste in my mouth .

I’m an ice addict and they had no problem letting me order 2 bags! The lady who took my order and Alexia was so nice and energetic at almost midnight! Love it! I might add my reg sonic is on Lascassas pike but shut down for remodel so I have been forced to go to memorial and they never want to sell bags of ice! Thanks again for helping me out!!!
