I pulled into a spot, and the screen was broken. So I backed out and went to the other side. I pushed the button, and the girl asked me to drive around the building so the car hop didn't have to walk in the rain. It's not my fault your equipment is broken. It's her job, and I always tip well. So no, I can't move. I left and went to Hardee's.

I ordered a grilled cheese, add scrambled egg and bacon with the toast buttered and cooked on the grill as a proper grilled cheese should be. I don't order toasters from them anymore because I'm not a fan of dry toast. I don't know why anyone would be. The reason I ordered it this way instead of a bacon egg cheese toaster is because, in my kitchen experience, a grilled cheese gets 2 pieces of cheese on both sides of the bread vs. A BEC which gets one. Well, she brings me the sandwich, bread unbuttered, and takes it back when I ask about the buttered bread. Sandwich 2 has buttered bread but only on the outside and they didn't brown it, they sat it on the grill long enough to get warm. Mind you I'm starving and already couldn't get the meal that I actually wanted because everything closes at 10 pm in Murfreesboro 😫. So I take a bite of the sandwich to taste untoasted, buttered on one side bread with only one piece of cheese on one side of the bread. I pushed the button and told her that it was not a grilled cheese but a BEC toaster, which I did not order. She then came out and told me that their grilled cheese only gets one slice of cheese, which for dern near $3 is outrageous. She then took the buttered bread sandwich back and brought me out a 3rd sandwich that she made the point of telling me the manager made, so it should be right, for it to have the 2 pieces of cheese on each side but dry toasted bread! I gave up at this point, ate the dry sandwich and stale cheese tots, ordered a drink, and left. I really didn't think that the lack of cooking ability while working in a restaurant was this bad to where no one can make a grilled cheese sandwich properly. That's one of the first things I learned as a child. My cheese tots were also old, dry, and stale under the perfectly melted American cheese. I will only go here for drinks in the future. Never food, ever again.

Funny story . . .we were out shopping for the day and decided to stop at Sonic for lunch . . . we had already had our fill of rude sales people and we were crabby a bit. Ordered lunch and then decided we wanted a Sonic Blast. We ordered them and explained that we needed lids on them and needed them put in a bag so we could carry them in the car without spilling. Well here comes Colin with the 2 Sonic Blasts, no cover lid and not in a bag. We told Colin we had asked for the items (as stated) he apologized and said he would take care of them.He did, thanks Colin. OK so then this young man came out and was so apologetic. The one we ordered from. He said he knew what we asked him, but just overlooked it. He was so nice, it made our day! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GIVING US FAITH IN HUMANITY JEREMY!!! If you are not a manager, you need to be promoted.
Food is good but the app is nonfunctional. Service is okay. It's also silly that there's a charge for a cup of water. Most places don't mind providing a small cup of water.
