Food is good but the app is nonfunctional. Service is okay. It's also silly that there's a charge for a cup of water. Most places don't mind providing a small cup of water.

It's not too big a deal just annoying but everytime I order online thru the app and I ask for 5 sauces whether they are the same sauce or different they never give them to me. So I go ask for the sauce and they give me attitude and have to ask a manager and act like they come out of there paycheck. The sauces are free and you offer 5 online. So stop being greedy and stop with the attitude when people ask for the sauce they already asked for. It's not that big a deal.

Quiet the flip down in there so you can get the order correctly when we have to tell you three times. Then you still get it wrong! It's so nosy in there You can't even order on the speaker, just leave and go somewhere else!

suck. Can't repeat orders back. The screen is jacked try fixing it. Couldn't show or tell what my total was, let alone pay. Pickle fries were limp and soggy. Don't yal get trained hiw to cook this food? Mustard was rancid. Throw it put or get a different brand. Last but not least. My LARGE cherry lime aid had 3 limes and only one cherry. So who's the Marchino cherry police in there? And yet yall was busy. Either people have lowered their standards, or have just come to tolerate the idgaf about my job attitude. If I was yalls boss you'd be stepping into my office, coz your fired. Won't be back. The one on Cason Ln. is the best.
