Worst experience ever at a sonic. Took 30 minutes to get our order. They gave us the wrong order entirely the first time then had to wait 15 minutes to still not get our entire order. The entire staff looks confused and unsure of their jobs. Good grief.

I order my junior burger with no cheese, with ketchup and mustard only. It does not seem to matter what time of day I go there; the order-taker has the order correct on the screen, but every time, my special order is messed up! Last time, they sent out a regular junior cheeseburger (as well as other previous times). Today, I got a plain burger patty on a bun minus the ketchup and mustard. Whoever fills the orders does not read and correctly fill the order and it happens at least 9 out of 10 times I order (and no, I don’t go every day), but I rarely get a correct order. I will continue to post negative reviews until this problem gets fixed!
Purchased order on Sonic app and was charged, but they never received the order after verifying all the details. We had to repurchase at the store, and it’s been a three week endeavor getting someone with Sonic customer service to reply to me emails. All we want is a refund for the hiccup by YOUR system.

Do not order this place through a third party. They are consistent.... at missing multiple items. I try to give them a 3rd chance and got burned once again. Missing 2 out of 5 items. They tell you to contact the place you ordered it from, then file a claim, but guess what? Your account is flagged for no refunds because the last 2 times I ordered were ALSO missing items. Food is always good, so if you want to give it a try GO TO THE STORE so you can turn around and get your missing food. DO NOT GET DELIVERY!

My boyfriend and his friend got food poisoning from the ranch. I don’t know if it was expired or just a bad batch, but they were severely sick for days after. I know the store may be unaware, so I wanted to post this review, so hopefully this recent batch can be checked for any rancid sauces. Thank you.

So it's 9/4/2024 @6:45 am and this poor lady is working the entire restaurant by her self. She making the food and taking the orders and she's doing it the best that she can. She definitely deserves a raise for how well she was managing that store by her lonesome.

They were wrong in the flavour of our shakes, we claimed and they gave us some new ones supposedly, when we tried we realized that they had used the same foam cups for the new shakes , I don't know how much it costs each foam cups that they couldn't give us new ones, at the time of trying the shakes it felt the previous and correct flavor, it really disappoints me a lot how they acted, I will never return.

At least twice in the last month, I’ve pulled in and there has been no one taking orders so I left. They also have card readers that haven’t worked for over a month. The parking lot has seemed rather sparse recently around breakfast so it must not be just me.

I don't know if there's an issue hearing on the mic/speaker, or there is an issue listening. I ordered 2 large drinks, one with light ice and a water with lemon. She kept saying "a large water" and I kept confirming "a large water with lemon" at least 2 extra times. When we got up to the window, the drinks had EXTRA ice all the way to the top and the water had no lemon. Super frustrating.
