I went in this past Sunday, typically family we go out to a restaurant, however, hubby and two kiddos wanted Sonic, and the woman who took our order was very rude. She kept saying it that all// no ma’am we can Oder as much as went unless post a limit on your screens/teen wanted a fudge sundae / placed Oder at 2:30 pm / didn't get our items until 2:50 pm fudge ice cream melted / the young lady who brought our items had the worst attitude. Black hair short/young lady short /To management/owner: if you are short staff we get it: communicate/communicate longer wait to receive items/thanks to the consumers if you have a job!!!If you want Sonic I recommend the New Salem location never had an issue with/ Carson lane you can do better// fire the rude lady taking orders or have her clean the bathrooms.

I went there today for lunch and ordered the BBQ burger and a bacon garlic burger and cheese fries and onion rings. What I got was 2 garlic burgers no bacon and burnt fries and onion rings. I texted the number on receipt to make a complaint and someone texted back and offer a $10 credit and a Free cheeseburger. When I got the credit the cheeseburger is for buy one get one, which I wasn’t informed of this when offered. Still haven’t got the $10. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location on Cason. I know I won’t be going back.

I had a car full of loud hungry boys after game day and Alexa went Above and Beyond making sure our order got sorted out. She was absolutely the sweetest and so patient ? I hope this Sonics manager sees this review because Alexa definitely deserves some recognition!!!

Its 6 pm on a Friday and I just stopped at this Sonic and I'm in total disbelief of how rude the woman is that's taking orders! She rang up my order wrong and even added an extra combo meal that I definitely didn't order.I politely let her know that it was incorrect and for some unknown reason she refused to fix it..so I'm stuck with some extra food that I have to pay for because she didn't feel like deleting it. I know I should just drive off but after working all day I am just way too tired to deal with it..however, it's not okay to treat someone like that, especially a paying customer.

Got the Double Cheeseburger and Chicken Sandwich. Not sure if they changed the recipe to include almost a whole block of cold cheese on my burger. It's actual hysterical only really upset they did not add the jalapenos I requested. Waited 10 minutes for cold fold everything cold to touch including tots. Waste of money wouldn't recommend going past 8pm.

1st time using their app, not a fan...maybe next time.Everything was exactly as expected. 1 foot long with mustard and onions - I'm not sure there is a better one around. And, where else do you get an on point cherry limeade!!Servers are always prompt, professional and friendly.

I really try to give multiple changes before writing a bad review but this one was earned. Over 39 minutes spent at the drive up and order spot. Took 20 mins to tell us that they were out of the food we ordered and only brought out one drink. Was told she was going to put more strawberries in one of the drinks and never brought it back out. Had another worker come up to us again to tell us they were out of the food (again) and asked what we wanted to do. After understandably becoming frustrated we had to ask for a refund. Will not be returning.

Several times a month this location clearly has staff working and no one answers the drive thru window or the drive up. Not reliable hours.
