I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I didn’t jump on here with a 2 star rating after my initial experience with the car hop’s attitude walking by my car staring us down for no reason; maybe she was having a bad day? I didn’t jump on here after the multiple experiences that followed where the customer service was clearly lacking. From the person taking the order to the carhop dropping it off, their tone just screamed “I don’t want to be here”. Ok. But today, when I asked to add a pup cup on to my mobile order, they proceeded to charge me $1.09. I had to take pause, reflect & quickly cancel. Not because $1.09 isn’t in my budget. Because never in all my years of ordering pup cups, in all the different locations from Starbucks to Sonic’s alike, across multiple states, have I ever been charged for a pup cup. While this location is convenient to my new home, it definitely doesn’t measure up to the customer service standards that one would expect from a service that ends with a tip on every to-go order. * side note, there is ONE young man that brought out our order who was the exception to this pattern of fails. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. He is the reason for the 2nd star. ⭐️

i came here twice around 10 am first time my hot dog was warm 2nd time same thing warm . they are either preparing the hot dogs early and leaving it under a warmer plate or not cooking them long enough when i oder something i want it hot not luke warm not happy with this sonic at all u want luke warm food there ur place.

This is a good sonic. I've unfortunately had several incidents where my food came out partially uncooked, but I usually have no problem here. Recent visits have been delicious. Good deals in the app too. The location is nice and clean as well.

I still like it but had just worked a 10 hr shift and had a musical rehearsal stopped to get a late snack and I just felt my carhop was super rude he could've been in a rush I've worked fast food and had to work night shifts and was frustrated because I wasn't a night shift person so I can understand some but at the same time him not wanting to be there showed 110% one bad experience doesn't mean a totally bad review I'll still eat there and most of the time my carhops are good side note not a fan if secret menu drinks especially strawberry shortcake messy and taste pretty weirdly bad.

Everytime i get something that is supposed to come with sauce i dont get any. no cheese for pretzels. no marinara for mozzarella sticks. no syrup with french toast sticks etc.
I go for their limeade. Yummy fresh fruit in them. I wouldn't dare eat the food

I'm unsure what the problem is with Sonic employees giving you extra ice when you ask for easy ice. I got 3 ounces of the tea in my large cup filled to the top in ice. It wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't an every time occurrence now...

My friend and myself came to sonic tonight and they were SOOOO BUSY!!!! The line was wrapped around the building most stalls full so we find a stall and try to figure out what we want and noticed the drive thru was no longer full. So we went that route. We order get a call from our sons and want ice cream. Not only did the sweet girl at the window Lizzy allow me to add 4 small blasts and was so pleasnt about it. I did have to pull up but hey it beats going back in line as they are super busy tonight. Great Job Lizzy!!!

I go through the drive-through a sonic alol the time and I order route 44 Cherry limeade extra cherries. Well it seems when I get my cherry limeade. It never has any cherries in it here I give the young man or the young lady $4 or $5 dollar tip but yet they can’t even give me the cherries in my limeade, and its happened multiple times not just once What happened to people taking pride in their work and their job
