they took FOREVER and then when they did come out they didn’t have the one thing we asked for and yk that’s fine but then it took them even longer to come out and when we got our nacho cheese it was COLD why was it cold it should be HOT. this place is RIDICULOUS. 18 minutes for my sonic slush by its SELF and there was only salt on HALF my pretzel. and they even charged me extra for the nerds they made me replace my blue boba with. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE

This location is more expensive then the location on Cason Lane. I just ordered 2 Breakfast Burrito and 2 Breakfast Toaster and it was 18 dollars. Then I get home to eat the breakfast burrito and it's the size of a child hand. Remind you I didn't order a Jr.Bacon Breakfast Burrito. For the prices to go up and the food be made smaller I will not be coming to this location again. And this is not my first issue with this location.

Ordered a double smash burger and sadly didn’t check my order after a 14 hour day was in a hurry to get home, opened the bag and got a foot long hotdog and mozzarella sticks….. not the first time the order has been jacked up or missing things or just completely wrong. Just disappointing after a long day.

First off, I don’t know who the younger lady with the brown hair is, but she’s honestly just really not a good person really disrespectful. I ordered it online and the screen went off saying that they delivered the food to me, but I never got it so I assumed maybe it was a mistake and waited about 20 minutes before I finally said something. I was super nice about it. The girl handed me my food and said here you go and then left Super disrespectful. You can’t get tips when you act like this. The lady on the headset though was super sweet and very kind about it

Ordered drinks and it took forever. They messed up on EVERY SINGLE drink and didn’t put in things that I payed extra for like strawberries. Sprite tasted like it had been a washed with toilet water. No thank you. Ew!

Just went thru drive thru with simple order of 2 hotdogs with mayo and a tater tot. Girl at window practically threw the order at me and there isn't any mayo on the hotdogs. We've only been to this Sonic a few times and each time we get the wrong order and greeted poorly. Manager should address.

Today, I went to the Sonic on Fortress (ID#646112180362) again. Once again (for at least the 3rd time in a row), my order was incorrect. I order junior burgers no cheese, ketchup/mustard only. Last couple of times, I got a regular cheeseburger; today, I got a plain hamburger patty minus the ketchup and mustard. My ticket has the correct order but whoever fills the order, can’t follow instructions on the screen. If it only happened once, I wouldn’t complain, but it happens 9/10 times we order there (which is not really that often). This needs to be addressed with employees about ensuring accuracy in orders!!
