Just went thru drive thru with simple order of 2 hotdogs with mayo and a tater tot. Girl at window practically threw the order at me and there isn't any mayo on the hotdogs. We've only been to this Sonic a few times and each time we get the wrong order and greeted poorly. Manager should address.

Today, I went to the Sonic on Fortress (ID#646112180362) again. Once again (for at least the 3rd time in a row), my order was incorrect. I order junior burgers no cheese, ketchup/mustard only. Last couple of times, I got a regular cheeseburger; today, I got a plain hamburger patty minus the ketchup and mustard. My ticket has the correct order but whoever fills the order, can’t follow instructions on the screen. If it only happened once, I wouldn’t complain, but it happens 9/10 times we order there (which is not really that often). This needs to be addressed with employees about ensuring accuracy in orders!!

The workers always have a bad attitude and will give you back the wrong change when you pay cash so they can skim tips. I refuse to pay cash at this location anymore, because this has happened to me twice. But this right here, this picture, come on now, do better. I just spilled this drink all over myself and my vehicle on my way to work because they are careless and lazy. Whoever put the lid on either knew the top was broken or pushed so hard it cracked the styrofoam.

Disappointing Experience - Incorrect Hours and Wasted Potential

I visited the Sonic location on Saturday night, expecting to grab a late-night bite based on the advertised hours of 11:00 PM on both Google and their website. However, upon arrival at 10:30 PM, I was informed that they had closed at 10:00 PM.
What's even more frustrating is that the employees were simply sitting outside, seemingly getting paid to do nothing. It was a waste of resources and a disappointment for a customer looking forward to their service.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience highlights a lack of attention to detail and poor communication. I hope Sonic takes steps to correct their online hours and utilizes their staff more efficiently.
Until then, I would caution others to call ahead and confirm hours before making a late-night visit. I truly hope the owner is aware.
The only complaint I have about this sonic is I ordered tator tots and got onion rings

Poor customer service by the manager, Ariana. Called corporate and they verified the deal we showed and told her about and they gave us money back. I shouldn't of had to do that. Why would I lie about a deal they do every week?

Went to have breakfast so pushed the button to order and sat for about 5 minutes and no one answered. They open at 8 and this was 840. So we left. While leaving we looked in the window and saw a girl sitting in there on her phone. If they did not have people they could have said something. There were other cars there waiting.
