Mobile orders are constantly down for this location. Otherwise it's fine, but if you want to use the app with this particular branch the app will have an error before checkout.

The kids that work there at night are extremely rude if they even speak

The young black woman working in the window on 11.13.25 around 8pm needs to be put in the back!!
No customer service skills at all- incredibly rude and short to my elderly mother (in her 60’s!) because she didn’t know how to use the Tap to Pay, and tried to insert her credit card instead.

Don’t put people that don’t know to act right in the window- absolutely ludicrous that she can’t be patient or polite with her elders. I’m in my 30’s and I STILL insert the card sometimes. RUDE AH!

Don’t send coupons for us. So i ordered tots and burger i can’t have ketchup???? We’re waiting ketchups over 15min no one give for us(they’re not busy). I paid my money i don’t asking for free. Never come back any Sonic.

I like that you can order online on the mobile app & it's ready when you arrive if you choose to order ahead of time... The only thing I don't like & really wish Sonic would change is on their mobile app you can't pay for your order in cash (when your ordering at the location) ... I wish they would give you the option to pay the carhop in cash when you receive your food. Other than that I have no complaints

Whoever made my Breakfast Burrito today is a culinary genius. It was expertly wrapped, the layers were perfect so you got a bit of everything in each bite. Honestly the most perfectly crafted burrito I've ever had 10/10.

they took FOREVER and then when they did come out they didn’t have the one thing we asked for and yk that’s fine but then it took them even longer to come out and when we got our nacho cheese it was COLD why was it cold it should be HOT. this place is RIDICULOUS. 18 minutes for my sonic slush by its SELF and there was only salt on HALF my pretzel. and they even charged me extra for the nerds they made me replace my blue boba with. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE
