Ordered and paid on the app only to be told sorry we’re closed today. Been nice if the app would have said something. Now I’m out $10 and breakfast.
Great food! Quick and fresh!
If I could rate the food I received a zero (0), I would. I made a Door Dash order for a Sonic burger and tots because I love their burgers and tots. Well, my order was delivered quickly. But when I sat down to enjoy my burger in tots I was so very disappointed. The patty looked and tasted like it had been sitting for 2 days. It was not freshly made. Also, the lettuce and tomato were not fresh. The lettuce was withered and the tomato looked like it had been sitting out on the counter for a week before they put it on my sandwich. The tots were way overcooked and hard! I will not be ordering from this Sonic on New Salem Hwy no time soon. I wish I had taken photos before I threw it away.

Worst sonic I've ever been to and unfortunately is right down the road from me. Worth going to church street location to avoid this mismanaged mess.
Having ordered here dozens of times… As well as ordering to test accuracy of what I’m about to tell you… I will tell you that most of the food here is pretty good… I know that it’s mostly dropping fry but some locations overcook, etc. the biggest thing I want to get across here is this…….
If you order a pretzel, make sure you get the cheese… Do not leave until you check for cheese… I think this locations normal operating procedure is to not include the cheese, and make you ask for it… I have either been missing the cheese or been asking for it on the past seven orders… In summary

I feel the need to let all of Murfreesboro know that this Sonic is trash and one of the managers named Janae doesn't give a damn about customer service and quality. Thanks for nothing Janae since the order I paid for was completely jacked up!!
Got a chili cheese tots and found hair in it and now no one will answer I'll never stop at this location again be awhile before I eat at another sonic
I will be finding a different sonic to go from now on. Not once that I’ve there has my order right. If they mess it up, you get cold food in return to replace the wrong food item. They never get our orders correct EVER. I will never go back here and waste another dime. If you’re going to make a mistake atleast make it right and have a decent attitude. Can’t say that for the sonic new Salem employees

Seriously, it's been years.....fix the speaker/mic in the drive thru. It makes Sonic look like they don't know how to run a business. The employees often can't hear customers. Had an employee just stop talking to me mid-order because she couldn't hear me. I eventually pulled to the window and asked why, she said she assumed I would pull forward (keep in mind I didn't know she couldn't hear me at that point). Someone should have come out to let me know to pull forward. I was the only one in line so not busy and this location has a door @ the drive thru so not a lot of effort required. Don't bother responding with a number to escalate to the franchise owner. Corporate quality control should ensure that Franchises aren't allowed to damage the brand reputation. Multiple people are on here complaining about getting ignored at the drive thru.

Went to this location to get a blast.. got halfway home when I realized they put stickers over a hole they put in the bottom of the cup. Pure Laziness. Get a new cup next time. Won’t be returning to this location any time soon. Very disappointed in how they would do this.

Mya was my car hop and she was awful. She asked if I wanted a drink carrier once she was two my car for my 4 drinks. I replied with "yes please" she went back in with my drinks and came out to hand it to me. Orange Fanta was pouring out of the bottom and I looked at her and she moved the cup in the carrier and said "It is fine now" the bottom of the carrier was soaked. By this point it was covering the side of my white vehicle and side mirror. I kept holding it on the outside of my window guessing she would just take it back she looked at me really annoyed and said "do you want a new one" I replied "yes please" she said " it didn't even spill" I looked at it and then the side of my car and replied" what do you mean, I am not setting that in my seat" she took the cup with the Fanta out and then took the carrier, setting the Fanta on my hood and took the carrier back inside. She then brought out another order and continued working. I got out of my vehicle took the cup off my hood, wiped of the side of my door, side mirror and hood. On her way back in I told her i think it was the lid as it didn't stay. She had no response. just kept walking in. So I sat that cup on the side of the walk way along with the bunch of napkins I had to use to wipe off the entire side of my car. She then came out with a new carrier and lip (not a new drink even though a 1/4 of it was gone) by this time I was back in my car. She handed me the new carrier without saying a word. She then sat the lid covered in Fanta and napkins on the hood of my vehicle. Then proceeded to go inside and throw a fit to the other worker inside pointing at me like I was the problem. I did something petty after that and got back out of my car looking at her and swiped off the lid and napkins onto the ground. That behavior, not my finest, but I felt warranted as she was being overly rude and went out of her way to disregard anything I had to say. Now she seemed to be the only car hop (it was a Tuesday) and there were about 5 cars in bays. But that is no excuse to be nasty.
