I always have a good experience at Sonic. Fast and the good is hot. The only thing is there's no way to tip your server with a bank card so bring a little cash. Update: can tip now .

The app really does save you money! Even though Sonics prices have remained consistent unlike Mcdonalds and Burger King. Also everything is cook to order and no one can compete with their drinks. 10/10

I placed a mobile order through the Sonic app, got confirmation in the app and via email, and was charged only to show up and be told they didn’t have our order. No one made any effort to fix the issue or get us our food. Just blank stares. If you want to actually get what you pay for, skip this location and head to Church St. Save yourself the hassle.

Just served me the dryest, oldest patty I have ever seen at 7:30pm. I've had fresh burgers from here before but I was super disappointed with this one. I would've thrown it away if I could afford to. I hope they see this and do better. Never had a problem with this Sonic in the past.

If I could rate the food I received a zero (0), I would. I made a Door Dash order for a Sonic burger and tots because I love their burgers and tots. Well, my order was delivered quickly. But when I sat down to enjoy my burger in tots I was so very disappointed. The patty looked and tasted like it had been sitting for 2 days. It was not freshly made. Also, the lettuce and tomato were not fresh. The lettuce was withered and the tomato looked like it had been sitting out on the counter for a week before they put it on my sandwich. The tots were way overcooked and hard! I will not be ordering from this Sonic on New Salem Hwy no time soon. I wish I had taken photos before I threw it away.

Having ordered here dozens of times… As well as ordering to test accuracy of what I’m about to tell you… I will tell you that most of the food here is pretty good… I know that it’s mostly dropping fry but some locations overcook, etc. the biggest thing I want to get across here is this……. If you order a pretzel, make sure you get the cheese… Do not leave until you check for cheese… I think this locations normal operating procedure is to not include the cheese, and make you ask for it… I have either been missing the cheese or been asking for it on the past seven orders… In summary CHECK YOUR BAG (for cheese)

I feel the need to let all of Murfreesboro know that this Sonic is trash and one of the managers named Janae doesn't give a damn about customer service and quality. Thanks for nothing Janae since the order I paid for was completely jacked up!!
