We went to this location and we were seated. We were sitting there for 35 minutes all they did was bring us water and then disappeared and never showed back up we finally left that establishment and went to the Chinese restaurant that was located next to it and the Chinese restaurant was excellent. This is probably the worst service I've ever had in my life and I've never experienced it before where I sat at a table and had nobody take care of me and nobody was in the restaurant ready to go sit after mama

The employees were phenomenal! And the atmosphere was all the above could not say less about this place!!!!!!!!

MJ surpassed my expectations as a server. She was pleasant and friendly! I love her! She is my recommendation! Had a blast!

The food was absolutely awful. Salty fried pickles. Fries were cold and the catfish was soft as butter. Only thing deep fried on it was the breadcrumbs. Music way too loud the waitress had to literally get in our faces to talk to us. Would not recomend to anyone.

My friend and I decided to try out this restaurant , I wasn’t sure what to expect . Upon arriving I thought it was very nicely decorated and the hostess that seated us was kind. There was no other patrons there just us and we could see some cooks. We sat there about 10 minutes and the waitress bought us water and a menu and said she would be back to get our order. I saw her exit a side door to an area they have outside , I figured she had customers out there that she needed to check on.
We sat there almost 25 minutes and she never come back to take an order from us. We finally got up and left and went to the Chinese Restaurant next door.
In all of my years I have never had such poor service in a restaurant and there was only two of us in our party .

this establishment is very odd. there was nobody in the restaurant my mother and I went in and they did bring us our drinks. after that they never come back. we were there for 35 minutes. we just simply got up and left and we can see that the cooks weren't doing much in the back. I'm not saying that this is necessarily their MO with certain types of people but it seems to be that way if you go and look at Google reviews

I just moved to boro and have wanted to try this place since moving. Today, my mother and I decided to go there for a somewhat late lunch. It was about 1pm. The restaurant was not very busy. We waited several minutes for someone to come and seat us. That was fine. I am a patient person. The young man asked for our drink order. He left to fill our drink order or to find out if he couldn’t, ( was issue with draft beer earlier). After waiting about 15 minutes or so and he hadn’t returned, my mother and I got up and left. The final straw for me was when I could see the server sitting on a stool looking at the kitchen window.
When a restaurant is busy and I have to wait that long for things, I have no problem at all. But to be totally ignored is really upsetting. I would have been much happier had he said at the door, your money is not welcome here.
I would like to leave this on a good note tho…
The decor in this place is outstanding!!! I absolutely loved it!!!

I came down to TN fron VA to visit for my birthday. The food was 10+ stars!!! The best food I had in a long time!! It was like eating Grandmas on a Sunday afternoon!!!! I had the ox tails, cabbage, and pinto beans with cornbread!!!!!! The best I ever had hands down!!! The atmosphere was peaceful and full of vibes!!! Just a happy and positive vibe all away around!!!

Cute place. Decor is all over the place but not terrible. Our server was very polite and professional, the young lady wearing the skirt with curly hair was overwhelmed I felt bad for her. But the one in the yellow shirt was keeping everything together great managerial skills.
I ordered the catfish mac n cheese with potatoes
The mashed potatoes were ok. Mac n cheese need a new recipe
