I had a great time here very nice atmosphere food was great music was good really enjoyed myself
Horrible. Honestly I fault myself . As soon as everything we wanted kept being responded with .. we’re out .. we don’t have .. we can’t .. I should’ve just left. Horrible experience. They put gratuity onto a 3 person table saying it was a universal thing .. mind you I was just there a week ago with friends for unlimited mimosas , it was 4 of us .. no gratuity. It was trash honestly don’t go . Idc what looks or sounds good to you .. DO NOT GO!
Terrible Food, Terrible Service, terrible representation of a company ran and owned by AA. Very disappointed, do not waste your money in this establishment.

If I could give 0 stars I would but since I have to give one star here is my review:
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to speak up after my recent experience at Soul Murfreesboro. I ordered salmon, and the moment I opened the container, I was hit with an extremely foul odor. It was clear the fish was spoiled — the smell got even worse when I removed the lid.
Serving food in that condition is not only unacceptable, it’s alarming. It raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s food safety practices and handling protocols. This wasn’t a minor slip-up — it was a major health risk.
I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but the lack of accountability and the fact that this was even served to a customer is deeply concerning. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address food safety standards before someone gets seriously ill.
Disappointed and honestly a bit disturbed by this experience.

Okay where do I begin. First, the music was so loud. It was hardly any people there but music was on 100 like it was 700 people there. I was screaming to my family who could barely hear me from across the table. It was more salt on our food than in the Atlantic Ocean. I really don’t see me or my family going back there ever. This was our second attempt to try to enjoy this place. It didn’t happen. I’d rather eat at a gas station buffet.

The crew working tonight were extremely upbeat and friendly, music was loud (in a good way) and the place was decorated nicely. I plan on getting my friends together and all of us eating in soon. I only got a salad but the chicken in it was good.

If I could give zero stars, I would. MK was our server, she was sweet and attentive. The atmosphere was a cute vibe. Food? I had nothing but a 1/2 glass of a fountain soda! The server asked myself & my family if we were ready to order about five times and since this was our first experience, we wanted to look over the menu. We ordered bang bang shrimp and the spinach dip for appetizers. Again, I ordered a fountain drink. My husband ordered an Arnold Palmer (iced tea & lemonade mix), my son ordered a mango margarita and my daughter an amaretto sour. All of which we never received because we were told they had no iced tea. The bang bang shrimp camp out overcooked (fried extra hard) with the sauce drizzled over them & only two were eaten. I went ahead to place my entree order: catfish, mac & cheese and cabbage. I was told they only had the catfish. At that point we decided to leave and the server, doing her job asked if we wanted one check or two. At that point, I asked for a manager (that never came out) but I was greeted by a “lead”. I expressed my concerns and we left without being charged. Highly disappointed because I heard good things about this establishment. One & done for me.

Sucks. I’m literally in the parking lot writing this review. We came here from another city and was very much underwhelmed. To add to the sucky food, we are in our vehicle and we smell like everything that was fried in the kitchen. The oxtails were extremely fatty and my wife’s steak had no seasoning. We spent $140 and I would have rather taken my chances with the deer meat that’s served at McDonald’s. I will say that our server was nice. 0/10 do not recommend. I only gave one star because I had to to post this review.

The server Demetrius was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable on the menu
the recommendation he gave was very helpful. the taste of the food was great and the price was reasonable. The atmosphere was wonderful. I'd love the decorations and the music set mood for my birthday.

This restaurant speaks to all love languages—especially words of affirmation.
It's a cozy lil ol' spot that lives up to its buzz! Great music, chill vibes, and the warmest welcome from the beautiful staff - what’s not to love? Book it now, you won’t regret it!
The ambiance is flawless; you’ll be snapping pics for the ‘gram when you hit the door. We found ourselves searching up tunes because the playlist was that good. 🎶 we went during a slow time, but I know for sure the live band is the icing on the cake.
The oxtails, black-eyed peas, cabbage, and mac and cheese? Good (7 out of 10), but slightly salty for my taste—I'll try something different next time and update y'all on the seasoning situation. The men's (or “King’s”—if you know, you know) restroom could use some TLC; a broken soap dispenser and sticky floors were a minor hiccup, but let’s not judge the restaurant’s cleanliness entirely by that. Overall, the place was clean and inviting.
Empty or packed, this hidden gem is the ultimate vibe. Shoutout to the Owner and staff!
Stop playin'; gone and swing by!

The truck hadn't come in Friday morning on 4/4 and Melvin was fantastic with his delivery of this information. So after I ordered accordingly I the things they were supposed have weren't there. Example I ordered fruit and they were out

The food was amazing! However we will not be back to the Murfreesboro location. My son is speech delayed and does not like loud sounds - the waitress was super sweet and turned the music down for us. However middle way through waiting for our food the bartender went behind the booth and cranked the music up insanely loud…when we asked them to turn it down again - we received nothing but mean glares from the bartender and the lady I’m assuming is the owner (who okayed the turning down of the music when we walked in).

I ordered chicken and waffle but got home with my to go order and open my food to see chicken strips had been cooked in old grease as well as possibly fish grease because I've never seen regular chicken strips with white speckles on the crust like fish batter. They also had a spicy taste and I don't know why.The waffles were not good taste more like frozen box waffles from grocery store. My daughter had the catfish plate and her fish was just as dark as my chicken strips. Overall I will not be going back very dissatisfied.
