I was in your store on Saturday 7/19 around 9:15pm. The cashier was a middle aged short black woman. Someone needs to talk to her about her customer service skills. She never said hello when we walked in. She made us wait to cash out because she was on her phone. Never said a word while cashing us out. Didnt card me for my cigarettes and literally tossed them up on the counter. Never told us our total and never told us to have a good night. She literally never said a word. She never even put her phone down! She kept it in her hand the whole time. Before we could even get our things off the counter she went back to being on her phone!!! There was trash overflowing on the ground in both trash cans out front and i stepped in something sticky where the Pepsi is kept. Horrible service. From now on i will be going to the 7-11 across the street if shes there.
Went in for the ATM and decided to get a drink. The trash was all full. The bathroom needs a key. There were no large coffee cups. Brazilian coffee container was empty. Pepsi was out. Coke had no carbonation. A shrug from employees when asked about some of these. Very disappointing since many of the other Speedways are great. I always review them as such. I will look for other stores from not on. 2 stars because the bathroom was clean and the cashier was nice. š„ŗš¤š”
Ice machine is broken for fountain drinks, frozen drinks never work, no food ready in morning, hot or roller grill, just all around not a well managed store

Women's Bathroom was so dirty & the store felt dense. The young girl cashier didn't seem to care one way or another if we were there in line or no & not friendly at all. I left another station because I noticed speedway close by but could've stayed where I was and avoided this experience.
We've been going to Speedway exclusively for years. We've been to many, and this one is by far the worst. The staff is often rude; many won't even put their phones down long enough to look me in the eye when I approach the register. I've overheard employees talking smack about each other and even customers. Major changes need to happen at this location. Until that happens, we're going to the Speedway on New Salem Hwy instead, even though it's out of our way.
Usually I have no issue with this location. This morning, however, was different. The cashier was extremely rude sucking her teeth at customers, rolling her eyes, and refusing to look in the back for an item. I totally get it, but you could at least put a fake smile on and just do your job.
I have been coming here for awhile now and the staff is very rude, you say hello but they donāt. You say have a nice day when you leave they donāt say anything! But the worst is how dirty this store is. Barbecue sauce on Ice dispensary ( gross) nuts itās been there for 3 months!!!!!!! I never said anything to see if the 1 out of 15 employees would even clean it. They havenāt. Itās really disgusting I canāt believe they pass a health inspection. This place is DISGUSTING!!! Floors are nasty , coffee machines donāt work, donuts case is nasty, workers attitudes are nasty! They need a new GM this is ridiculous.

One thing, someone somehow got the information from one of my cards and stole $43.40. I called Speedway's main office and the supervisor told me that Daniel is the one who stole the money. Therefore, they are going to reimburse my money that was stolen.

Come to this speedway often since I live close. Lately thereās been a bunch of āfriendsā hanging out at the register and werenāt the most polite when I asked if they were in line. Called to inform the manager but no one answered.
Current staff there is so awful, arrogant people who are rude because they have to work, terrible experience
Management is in disarray.The GM is kind but some of the workers there have a serious attitude problem.Daedra In particular needs an attitude check.
