After reading the reviews either we got shafted or you people have never had good pizza.We attempted Spooky's when they 1st opened, 2016 I believe. What a complete and utter disappointment. Pizza was cold and burnt. Pretty much wrote them off. Which was really sad as those of us outside city limits don't get delivery.Fast forward to last week where we got a flyer ad. Maybe they have new owners and things are better? We decided to give it another chance. Spoiler alert: it sucked.Not only was the pizza lukewarm this one was also burned and hard to chew. It also came 40 min late.They remind me of those pizzas you made at school to sell for like band and such. Think frozen.We won't return. Quite nasty cold burnt pizza. Hypocrite much?Since you don't seem to understand how reviews work lets break it down for you. Review let others know experiences that have happened and then in return allow the business to fix or correct their issues. You seem to wish to do neither.There were restaurants in that location before you, and there will be after you leave. Because as always the trash always takes itself out.

Went there a while back and ordered a pizza, and the rest of my group ordered entrees. By the time it all came out, the pizza was cold from sitting on the counter in the kitchen waiting on their entrees. It was room temperature when it finally came out. Cold or reheated pizza are disappointing and not what I wanted or paid for. I normally try to support local businesses, but I was incredibly disappointed and bummed out paying for cold pizza.

They try to use some local ingredients from local farms and shops. They do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions such as being dairy intolerant and gluten intolerant. Every pizza is made fresh, and they also offer some desserts and soda.I give 4 stars because they have messed up my non-dairy order a few times, but they have always done their best to correct the problem.They offer indoor and outdoor seating, however the indoor seating is very limited and easily crowded.The store is whimsically decorated“spooky” and they have a great rewards program!Dietary restrictions: Offers Non-Dairy alternativesParking: Parking is always availableWheelchair accessibility: The store is wheelchair accessible

This place has some amazing pizza. I really enjoyed it. However, there were a few kinks that made my experience less than perfect. I'll get those out of the way first so that we can focus on the pizza. I ordered ahead on Uber Eats and when I arrived, the app said my food was ready but they hadn't even started it. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my pizza and side of breadsticks, not the end of the world but slightly frustrating. I get the pizza home and then discover that they had put the wrong sauce on it, again, annoying but not the end of the world. After eating a couple slices, I noticed that there was long curly hair on mine. I understand that these type of things happen, but it just took my appetite away. I'm willing to chalk it up to the fact that I caught them on a busy night; everyone working there was nice and was doing their best. The person at the front recommended that we use their website to order next time or call and based on my experience, I'd definitely say that is best choice. Now let's get into the good stuff... I don't know about everyone else, but I can tell if I'm going to love a pizza from the first bite. Let me tell you, this was love at first bite. Maybe the month of February is getting to me, but this pizza had me feeling *heart eyes emoji*. We did a custom pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, onion and red sauce (supposed to be white). Aside from the wrong sauce being on there, it was perfect. Big pepperoni slices gave the pizza an upscale and luxurious feel. You can taste the quality of the ingredients from this place. The crust was perfectly cooked and the pizza didn't have excess oil running all over it, which is a major plus. The cheese bread was fantastic; there was a great amount of cheese and seasoning on it. The dipping sauce was great as well. Overall, I'd rather wait a little longer for a quality pizza and that's what you get here without a doubt. The staff are friendly and really care about your experience, it comes through in the pizza and the customer service. This place is roughly 30 minutes away from where we live, but we'll definitely be coming back.
Love this place! Fun to go anytime, but super neat on Halloween. We really enjoyed going this year for the holiday. The pizzas are superb and very creative. They have MANY gluten free and vegetarian options. More than any other pizza place anywhere! Their desserts are very good and they have several choices. We got a s’mores dessert that was out of this world! Prices are a bit steep, but the quality of the food and the complete experience is definitely worth it. Treat yourself and your family to a fun night with excellent food and fun surroundings! ?☠️Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options.
Since this was a takey out the atmosphere was excellent. I was engaged in a lively conversation until my pizza and walking dead bread sticks were ready.
