Everytime I have to stopped at this location the staff is unfriendly and short with me. I try to be extra nice to service workers everywhere, and each time I've been made to feel like an inconvenience while spending money. I hope they're reviewed and talked to about this issue. They could at least offer friendly service for the prices you pay.

They take the time to get to know the regulars. If something is wrong they're quick to fix it. This has been one of 2 I go to frequently for years and I love that they greet me by name.

This is the worst managed Starbucks I've ever been to. Management does not care about the customer experience. Not sure if they are understaffed but I guarantee it takes at least twice as long to get served. Drive takes forever. Perfect location, if it was managed properly they could probably double their sales. Go to any other location in the Boro.
