I’ll be quite honest this location used to be my go to in town. The staff have only gotten worse. As a former Starbucks barista and someone who doesn’t want to call out issues with my order, I placed an order and went through the drive thru. I got my drink and instead of the blonde espresso I ordered I got the regular espresso. I don’t usually have a problem but since the regular espresso upsets my stomach I went in to ask to get it fixed. The barista behind the bar told me that she was the one that made it and that it was blonde espresso. Again, as a former barista at Starbucks I have tasted a lot of black coffee and espresso. I knew that the espresso my drink was incorrect. They did make me another drink, but again it had regular espresso. The employee was not only not kind or understanding but rude. All I wanted was the correct espresso. Needless to say drive out of the way for your coffee. This Starbucks location has severely gone down hill.

This location can be a hit or miss but lately it's been a hit! My go to drink is usually the pink drink. You really can't mess it up right? Well apparently you can, lol. But most of the time they do get it right ;) I think the employee turn around here may be high but the everyone here seems to be always friendly.
