Took 20 mins for them to get a cup of ice water out and there was like 5 people after me that got their orders before mine. Every time I ordered they consistently got it wrong. 😑 this place sucks

If you can order through the app, DO THAT. They broke the price of my drink down by building my drink ultimately over charging me when the menu item already has a set price. I didn’t order a special drink, it was already on the menu. I asked the manger to show them the correct way to ring up customers & the manager argued me about the prices when I showed them what I would’ve been charged when ordering the exact same menu item through the app. Unprofessional! They also charge extra if you want light ice meaning less ice (to prevent my drink from watering down). I won’t make that mistake again! Just order through the app to avoid the upcharges!

My favorite thing about this location is how far past the estimated pickup time you’ll actually get your order and when your (supposed to be hot) coffee is lukewarm every single time you get it!

Even when the store is not busy they always mess up any drinks I order. I work at a Starbucks so I understand it can be stressful but forgetting to put any syrup in a vanilla latte four times just says that they don't really care to make your drink right. I know how these drinks are made and I try to order as simply as possible and they still 9 times out of 10 mess up my drink or give me the wrong food item I ordered.

extremely slow service no matter how long the line is. waited 20 minutes for a grande. staff moves at their own pace which is slow

Terrible service. Swing manager didn’t want to stay over so she decided to close 10 minutes early after the crew spotted a group of basketball players coming to get drinks.
The ball players walked away empty handed. This is no way to treat people. If I could give them a 0, I would.

This Starbucks is WAY TO EXPENSIVE for it to be on a college campus and when you get there they take forever they are too slow and need to be actually trained. I'm not sure if they even have higher ups but they need to do there job and not take 20 mins to make a small water.Take a cup and put water in it. But they manage to take 20 mins. I'm not sure how. But they really need to replace it with anything else.The atmosphere is good either. Too crowded and not good staff.

I showed up to get a basic brewed coffee and there was no line,but the red-haired barista and just about everyone else ignored me for a good few minutes while I sat at the counter before taking my order. I don't make this claim lightly,as at least three employees were literally leaning and doing nothing/talking and laughing while I waited and they avoided taking my order or greeting me. This business would probably run a lot better if employees were as focused on their job as they are on laughing and cutting up with their coworkers. I could understand if it was training,but the red-headed employee I mentioned,along with at least one other person leaned on the counter directly in front of me while they casually talked and laughed,somehow ignoring me for a good 2-5 minutes. I was really let down by this experience, and this Starbucks needs young employees that actually care about customer service, as all of the employees in this instance were young adults.
Giving it 1 star because I have to. There’s NO reason why I should order my drink at 4:15 pm and still be waiting at 4:43 pm for a VENTI ICE WATER. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, I literally watched two workers skip my cup and work on other orders. After my cup was skipped so many times, I left without an ice water. Thanks for wasting my time.

First time I seen a Starbucks in Tennessee that has actual large cups. Lines are busy depends what time you go. Decent food.
